本实用新型涉及一种电极耳外插拔式的动力锂电池塑壳,包括由上盖和下壳体构成的塑壳和正、负极耳,其特征是:所述下壳体两侧壁设有垂直凹槽,所述正、负极耳呈直角形折片,两片折片的水平片分别与电芯的正负极连接,折片的垂直片插过下壳体侧壁的横切口插入凹槽呈插拔式电极耳。有益效果:外插接式电极耳置于塑壳下壳体上,使极耳的路径缩短,内阻减小,避免了电芯间的短路。电极耳深陷于壳体凹槽中,外部不占空间,连接牢固,整体效果好,合格率大幅度提高。工艺简单、成本低。

技术领域
本实用新型属于动力锂电池,尤其涉及一种电极耳外插拔式的动力锂电池塑壳。
背景技术
动力锂电池开始推广使用环保型塑壳,当上盖与下壳体的连接采用粘合方式得以突破后,动力锂电池选择塑壳将成为市场主流产品。目前的动力锂电池内部结构是采用叠片式电芯,将每层叠片的正极和负极分别并联,再与正、负极耳连接,正、负极耳接在上盖表面。其缺点是制造难度很大,极易造成电芯间的短路,同时内阻加大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种电极耳外插拔式的动力锂电池塑壳,外插接式电极耳置于塑壳下壳体上,使极耳的路径缩短,内阻减小,避免了电芯间的短路。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种电极耳外插拔式的动力锂电池塑壳,包括由上盖和下壳体构成的塑壳和正、负极耳,其特征是:所述下壳体两侧壁设有垂直凹槽,所述正、负极耳呈直角形折片,两片折片的水平片分别与电芯的正负极连接,折片的垂直片插过下壳体侧壁的横切口插入凹槽呈插拔式电极耳。 
有益效果:外插接式电极耳置于塑壳下壳体上,使极耳的路径缩短,内阻减小,避免了电芯间的短路。电极耳深陷于壳体凹槽中,外部不占空间,连接牢固,整体效果好。合格率大幅度提高。工艺简单、成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图所示,一种电极耳外插拔式的动力锂电池塑壳,包括由上盖1和下壳体2构成的塑壳和正、负极耳3,所述下壳体两侧壁设有垂直凹槽4,所述正、负极耳呈直角形折片,两片折片的水平片分别与电芯的正负极连接,折片的垂直片插过下壳体侧壁的横切口(图中未示)插入凹槽呈插拔式电极耳。 
组装时,正、负极耳其一端分别与可以与圆柱形电芯的正负极连接,当折片的垂直片部分穿过下壳体侧壁的横切口(图中未示)插入凹槽后,折片的水平片与壳体内侧齐平。
