本实用新型涉及多卷绕电芯直立式密封铅酸蓄电池,包括电池壳,电池壳的顶面设有电池盖,电池盖的中部设有通孔,通孔内设有密封阀,密封阀的两侧分别设有极柱,极柱的一端外露,另一端伸入电池腔内,电池壳内设有两个以上直立的卷绕电芯;电池壳内卷绕电芯的正极或负极由底部汇流条并联后与一侧极柱电连接,所述电池壳内卷绕电芯的负极或正极由上部汇流条并联后与另一侧极柱电连接。本实用新型可以机械化大批量生产容量0.5Ah到500Ah以上的卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池。该蓄电池结构简单、性能可靠、成本低廉。

本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池技术领域,具体地说涉及一种多卷绕电芯直立式密封铅酸蓄电池。
背景技术
卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池比平极板式铅酸蓄电池的启动功率大、充电速度快、使用寿命长,使得铅酸蓄电池的发展具有了广阔前景。但是,现有技术下卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池的电芯直径在50mm~60mm,使得卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池的容量受到很大限制,只能在20-60Ah之间进行小批量的手工生产。同时,卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池都是单个卷绕电芯装在一个圆筒形电池壳内,电芯卷绕和电池装配的工艺复杂,很难进行机械化生产。造成电池的体积大,重量大,比能量低。以上因素,导致现有技术的卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池结构复杂、成本高、一致性差,难以推广使用。
随着卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池技术的发展,卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池的电芯直径已经有了明显的减小,对提高卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池的容量起到关键作用,现在自动化卷绕机的投入使用让高容量卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池的生产成为可能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种多卷绕电芯直立式密封铅酸蓄电池,该铅酸蓄电池使用自动化卷绕机卷绕生产直径10mm的电芯,多根电芯组合焊接封装而成。
本实用新型所采用的具体技术方案如下:
多卷绕电芯直立式密封铅酸蓄电池,包括电池壳,电池壳的顶面设有电池盖,电池盖的中部设有通孔,通孔内设有密封阀,密封阀的两侧分别设有极柱,极柱的一端外露,另一端伸入电池壳内,所述电池壳内设有两个以上直立的卷绕电芯;所述电池壳内卷绕电芯的正极或负极由底部汇流条并联后与一侧极柱电连接,所述电池壳内卷绕电芯的负极或正极由上部汇流条并联后与另一侧极柱电连接。
本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉、性能可靠。由于采用多卷绕电芯直立的结构,使卷绕电池既可以使用圆筒形外壳又可以使用矩形外壳,使卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池的单位体积能量比和功率比都增加30%以上。
采用多卷绕电芯直立的结构,可以在现有技术铅酸蓄电池的标准电池壳内组成各种容量的卷绕式密封铅酸蓄电池,容量可以从0.5Ah做到500Ah以上。

参见图1,多卷绕电芯直立式密封铅酸蓄电池,包括直筒状电池壳6,电池壳6的顶面设有电池盖2,电池盖2的中部设有密封阀4,密封阀4的两侧分别设有极柱5,极柱5的一端外露,另一端伸入电池壳内。电池壳内设有三个直立的卷绕电芯8,电池壳内三个卷绕电芯8的负极由底部汇流条1并联后与一侧极柱电连接,三个卷绕电芯8的正极由上部汇流条3并联后与另一侧的极柱电连接。

1.多卷绕电芯直立式密封铅酸蓄电池,包括电池壳,电池壳的顶面设有电池盖,电池盖的中部设有通孔,通孔内设有密封阀,密封阀的两侧分别设有极柱,极柱的一端外露,另一端伸入电池壳内,其特征在于:所述电池壳内设有两个以上直立的卷绕电芯;
所述电池壳内卷绕电芯的正极或负极由底部汇流条并联后与一侧极柱电连接,所述电池壳内卷绕电芯的负极或正极由上部汇流条并联后与另一侧极柱电连接。
