技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池负极板,尤其是一种高速列车用电池负极板。
背景技术
目前在高速列车上用的铅酸电池却存在比能量低、循环寿命短等的缺点,尤其在深放电时,由于负极铅膏体积膨胀,造成活性物质脱落,使得铅酸电池的寿命问题更加凸显。因此,提高铅酸电池的活性物质利用率及延长电池寿命意义重大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足而提供一种结构简单、能有效地提高铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命、提高蓄电池的容量的高速列车用电池负极板。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现:
一种高速列车用电池负极板,包括负极铅膏、集流体、排管、底座,所述集流体外层包裹有负极铅膏,所述负极铅膏外层包裹有排管,所述排管的末端插装有可密封的底座。
进一步地,所述集流体,包括横梁、极耳、柱状筋条,所述横梁上方设置有极耳,所述横梁下方排布有至少5根柱状筋条,相邻所述柱状筋条之间设有间隙。
进一步地,所述排管为尼龙管。
电池在充电过程中,负极铅膏活性物质会发生还原反应,体积缩小;电池在放电过程中,负极铅膏活性物质发生氧化反应,体积膨胀。电池进行充放电循环,负极铅膏活性物质反复缩小膨胀,就容易从集体流体上脱落,从而降低电池容量、循环使用寿命缩短。采用上述的技术方案,集流体的柱状筋条被包裹在负极铅膏的中心,负极铅膏又被排管紧紧包裹。可防止在充放电过程中负极活性物质的脱落,有效制约负极活性物质在放电中的体积膨胀,活性物质利用率被提高、利用时间被大幅延长,从而提高蓄电池的使用寿命,提高蓄电池的容量。
综上所述,所述实用新型负极板具有结构简单、能有效地提高铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命,提高蓄电池的容量等优点,尤其适合于高速列车使用需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,来详细说明电池负极板的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种高速列车用50Ah电池负极板,包括负极铅膏3、集流体7、排管2、底座1,所述集流体7外层包裹有负极铅膏3,所述负极铅膏3外层包裹有排管2,所述排管2的末端插装有可密封的底座1。
所述集流体7,包括横梁5、极耳6、柱状筋条4,所述横梁5上方设置有极耳6,横梁下方连接有11根柱状筋条4,相邻柱状筋条4之间设有间隙。集流体7主要起导电及骨架作用。集流体7上的柱状筋条4插入排管2中,同时将负极铅膏3灌入排管2中,使柱状筋条4位于排管套的中心位置,四周被负极铅膏3包裹,使电流均匀参与电化学反应,负极铅膏3中的活性物质被充分利用。排管套底部插装一个用于密封的塑料底座1,防止铅膏下落。
排管2采用尼龙管,呈圆管,直径为6.5mm,管的壁厚为0.5mm。
本实用新型以集流体7为导电骨架,同时将其负极铅膏3严实的包裹在排管2中,从而有效的制约活性物质在放电中体积的膨胀,杜绝了循环充放电过程中铅膏的脱落。
经实验测试,同样重量的负极铅膏,传统涂膏式极板容量为45Ah,而管式负极板的容量可达到50Ah。组装成NM450电池后进行对比实验,按照铁路行业电池标准进行检测,采用管式负极板的电池循环寿命可达1300次,是涂膏式负极板电池的1.3倍。

1.一种高速列车用电池负极板,包括负极铅膏、集流体、排管、底座,所述集流体外层包裹有负极铅膏,所述负极铅膏外层包裹有排管,所述排管的末端插装有可密封的底座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速列车用电池负极板,其特征在于:所述集流体,包括横梁、极耳、柱状筋条,所述横梁上方设置有极耳,所述横梁下方排布有至少5根柱状筋条,相邻所述柱状筋条之间设有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速列车用电池负极板,其特征在于:所述排管为尼龙管。
