【技术领域】
本实用新型属于蓄电池行业,特别涉及电动助力车用密封铅酸蓄电池。 
【背景技术】
为了降低城市大气的主要污染源燃油汽车废气,并缓解世界石油储量逐渐减少而引起的能源危机,电动车和混合电动车作为一种智能的交通工具应运而生,并在世界范围内已逐步形成有广阔前景的产业,而作为电动车核心的车载电源成为制约电动车发展的主要因素。车载电池是电动车的心脏,开发电动车的竞争,最重要的是开发车载动力电源的竞争。作为电动车和混合电动车的车载电源,相比其它的化学电源,铅蓄电池仍是近十年的首选。随着铅蓄电池工业的发展与进步,本世纪七十年代开始出现了铅蓄电池气体再化合密封技术。该技术表明了铅酸蓄电池的发展进入了新的历史时期。 
板栅是铅蓄电池的基本物质之一,它既对电池活性物质提供机械支撑,又是电流流动的主渠道,因此它不但是极板的“脊骨”,更是极板“血液循环”体系。目前,电动助力车用密封铅酸蓄电池5A规格的板栅普遍使用垂直矩形结构,其结构外框较粗厚,内部横竖筋条较细薄,并且横竖筋条相互垂直沿线性均匀分布,横筋18条、长竖筋3条,短竖筋8段。但是目前的板栅结构长竖筋条数目过少,对蓄电池内极板上的电流分布和活性物质利用率的提高受到一定的影响,不同程度地影响了铅酸蓄电池充放电能力和蓄电池的整体性能和使用寿命。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种充放电性能良好的密封铅酸蓄电池的板栅。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的:一种密封铅酸蓄电池的板栅,包含长方形外框,所述外框内均匀分布着相互垂直的18条横筋、 复数条长竖筋和8段短竖筋,所述长竖筋数目为5条。
本实用新型的优点在于:增加了两条长竖筋,提高了板栅的充放电性能,提高了电池接受充电效率和电池的使用寿命。

【具体实施方式】
参照图1所示,一种密封铅酸蓄电池的板栅结构100,含有长方形外框1,外框1通过极耳2与两个挂耳3相连接。 
在所述外框1内设置了18条横筋4、5条长竖筋5、8段短竖筋6,这些横竖筋条相互垂直并沿线性均匀分布,由于相对现有技术而言增加了2条长竖筋条,提高了板栅作为电流的传导体集流、汇流和输流的作用;提高了板栅作为活性物质的载体起着骨架的支撑和粘附活性物质的作用;提高了板栅作为极板的均流体起着使电流均匀到活性物质的作用。,提高了板栅的充放电性能,进而改善了电池接受充电效率和电池的使用寿命。
