Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种钢珠升降机构,包括底板和活动块,两者之间通过导向杆和导向孔配合可升降滑动,其中底板上表面的一侧设置有凹槽,凹槽的外口处通过转轴铰接有一个L形摆块,该L形摆块包括一个摆臂和摆脚,摆脚与凹槽匹配,摆臂上设置有缺口和弹性顶紧机构,该缺口的宽度与活动块的厚度近似相等并匹配扣合,弹性顶紧机构的顶出部分位于缺口远离底板的一侧。本实用新型钢珠压紧式升降机构可以实现升起之后稳定自锁,下降之后又能够压紧的功能,其结构简单,零件数少,不需要电气设备,且完全由机构件组成,适用于升降距离不大(小于50mm),且压紧力不高的场合。操作方便,所有升降以及压紧只需要搬动L型块即可,具有推广价值,通用性强。

本实用新型涉及一种升降机构。
背景技术:
现有要求升起之后稳定自锁,下降之后又能够压紧的升降机构,大多采用气缸控制,存在结构复杂、操作不便和需要维护的问题,还需要配比控制电气,导致成本较高。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的问题和不足,提供一种升降机构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案:一种升降机构,包括底板和活动块,两者之间通过导向杆和导向孔配合可升降滑动,其中底板上表面的一侧设置有凹槽,凹槽的外口处通过转轴铰接有一个L形摆块,该L形摆块包括一个摆臂和摆脚,摆脚与凹槽匹配,摆臂上设置有缺口和弹性顶紧机构,该缺口的宽度与活动块的厚度近似相等并匹配扣合,弹性顶紧机构的顶出部分位于缺口的一侧。
所述弹性顶紧机构是在L形摆块的摆臂末端设置内腔,内腔中从缺口处向外依次安装钢球、弹簧和顶紧螺栓,内腔位于缺口一侧有孔,该孔的直径小于钢球直径。
在钢球与弹簧之间还设置有垫片。
底板上侧固定有两个竖直向上的导向杆,滑动块上分别设置有匹配的导向孔,滑块通过其导向孔套装在两导向杆上实现滑动配合。
L形摆块的摆脚上侧边为圆弧过渡。
靠近钢珠一侧的缺口边棱设置为倒角结构。
积极效果:
1、本实用新型钢珠压紧式升降机构可以实现升起之后在钢珠的支撑下能够保持稳定,下降之后又能够压紧的功能,其结构简单,零件数少,不需要电气设备,且完全由机构件组成,适用于升降距离不大(小于50mm),且压紧力不高的场合。
2、操作方便,所有升降以及压紧只需要搬动L 摆块即可,具有推广价值,通用性强。

图中标号1为底板,2为活动块,3为L形摆块,4为钢珠,5为弹簧,6为转轴,7为导向杆,8缺口,9为凹槽,10为旋紧螺栓,11为垫片,12为弹性顶紧机构。
具体实施方式:
参见图1、图2和图3,该升降机构包括底板1和活动块2,底板1上固定有两个树立的导向杆7,活动块2上设置有两个匹配的导向孔(未标号),活动块2的导向孔套装在导向杆7上,从而两者之间可以升降滑动。底板1上表面的一侧设置有凹槽9,凹槽9的外口处横向安装有一个转轴6,L形摆块3的拐角处设置有轴孔(未标号),轴孔与转轴6匹配安装。所述L形摆块3的拐角一侧为摆臂、另一侧为摆脚,其中摆脚与凹槽9匹配,L形摆块3可以通过转轴6产生摆动。摆臂上设置有缺口8和弹性顶紧机构12,该缺口8的宽度与活动块2的厚度相等并匹配扣合。如图2,当L形摆块3沿顺时针旋转90度后,摆脚顶起活动块2的下表面,此时活动块2沿导向杆7向上平移,摆脚的顶起面A圆滑过渡。所述弹性顶紧机构12是在L形摆块3的摆臂末端,弹性顶紧机构12设置内腔,内腔中从缺口处向外依次安装钢球4、垫片11、弹簧5和顶紧螺栓10,内腔靠近缺口8的一侧设有孔,该孔的直径小于钢球4直径,从而钢球4有部分露出该孔。参见图3,当L形摆块3逆时针旋转90度时,缺口8恰好扣合在活动块2一侧,钢球4顶压在活动块2上表面上形成顶紧部B,L形摆块3在旋转时,活动块2沿导杆7向下平移。
Claims (6)
1.一种升降机构,其特征是:包括底板和活动块,两者之间通过导向杆和导向孔配合可升降滑动,其中底板上表面的一侧设置有凹槽,凹槽的外口处通过转轴铰接有一个L形摆块,该L形摆块包括一个摆臂和摆脚,摆脚与凹槽匹配,摆臂上设置有缺口和弹性顶紧机构,该缺口的宽度与活动块的厚度相匹配扣合,弹性顶紧机构的顶出部分位于缺口远离底板的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的升降机构,其特征是:所述弹性顶紧机构是在L形摆块的摆臂末端设置内腔,内腔中从缺口处向外依次安装钢球、弹簧和顶紧螺栓,内腔位于缺口一侧有孔,该孔的直径小于钢球直径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的升降机构,其特征是:所述钢球与弹簧之间还设置有垫片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的升降机构,其特征是:所述底板上侧固定有两个竖直向上的导向杆,滑动块上分别设置有匹配的导向孔,滑块通过其导向孔套装在两导向杆上实现滑动配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的升降机构,其特征是:所述L形摆块的摆脚上侧边为圆弧过渡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的升降机构,其特征是:所述L形摆块靠近钢珠一侧的缺口边棱设置为倒角结构。
