Description
本發明是涉及一種升降機構。
一般要求升起之後穩定自鎖,下降之後又能夠壓緊之升降機構,大多採用氣缸控制,存在結構複雜、操作不便及要維護之問題,還要配比控制電氣,導致成本較高。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種針對一般技術存於之問題及不足,提供一種升降機構。
一種升降機構,包括底板及活動塊,二者之間藉由導向桿及導向孔配合可升降滑動,其中底板上表面之一側設置有凹槽,凹槽之外口處藉由轉軸鉸接有一L形擺塊,該L形擺塊包括一擺臂及擺腳,擺腳與凹槽匹配,擺臂上設置有缺口及彈性頂緊機構,該缺口之寬度與活動塊之厚度近似相等並匹配扣合,該彈性頂緊機構於該L形擺塊之擺臂末端設置內腔,該內腔中從該缺口處向外依次安裝鋼珠、彈簧及頂緊螺栓,該內腔位於缺口一側有孔,該孔之直徑小於該鋼珠直徑,該鋼珠有部分露出該孔。
本發明鋼珠壓緊式升降機構得實現升起之後於鋼珠之支撐下能夠保持穩定,下降之後又能夠壓緊之功能,其結構簡單,零件數少,不要電氣設備,且完全由機構件組成,適用於升降距離不大(
小於50mm),且壓緊力不高之場合。另外,操作方便,所有升降以及壓緊只要搬動L擺塊即可,具有推廣價值,通用性強。

下面將結合附圖及具體實施方式對本發明之升降機構進一步之詳細說明。
請參閱圖1至圖3,升降機構包括底板1及活動塊2,底板1上固定有二樹立之導向桿7,活動塊2上設置有二匹配之導向孔(未標號),活動塊2之導向孔套裝於導向桿7上,從而二者之間得升降滑動。
底板1上表面之一側設置有凹槽9,凹槽9之外口處橫向安裝有一轉軸6,L形擺塊3之拐角處設置有軸孔(未標號),軸孔與轉軸6匹配安裝。L形擺塊3之拐角一側為擺臂、另一側為擺腳,其中擺腳與凹槽9匹配,L形擺塊3得藉由轉軸6產生擺動。擺臂上設置有缺口8及彈性頂緊機構12,缺口8之寬度與活動塊2之厚度相等並匹配扣合。
如圖2,當L形擺塊3沿順時針旋轉90度後,擺腳頂起活動塊2之下表面,此時活動塊2沿導向桿7向上平移,擺腳之頂起面A圓滑過渡。
彈性頂緊機構12係於L形擺塊3之擺臂末端,彈性頂緊機構12設置
內腔,內腔中從缺口處向外依次安裝鋼珠4、墊片11、彈簧5及旋緊螺栓10,內腔靠近缺口8之一側設有孔,該孔之直徑小於鋼珠4直徑,從而鋼珠4有部分露出該孔。
請再次參閱圖3,當L形擺塊3逆時針旋轉90度時,缺口8恰好扣合於活動塊2一側,鋼珠4頂壓於活動塊2上表面上形成頂緊部B,L形擺塊3於旋轉時,活動塊2沿導向桿7向下平移。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上該者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (4)
- 一種升降機構,其改良在於:該種升降機構包括底板及活動塊,二者之間藉由導向桿及導向孔配合能夠升降滑動,其中該底板上表面之一側設置有凹槽,該凹槽之外口處藉由轉軸鉸接有L形擺塊,該L形擺塊包括擺臂及擺腳,該擺腳與該凹槽相匹配,該擺臂上設置有缺口及彈性頂緊機構,該缺口之寬度與活動塊之厚度相匹配扣合,該彈性頂緊機構於該L形擺塊之擺臂末端設置內腔,該內腔中從該缺口處向外依次安裝鋼珠、彈簧及頂緊螺栓,該內腔位於缺口一側有孔,該孔之直徑小於該鋼珠直徑,該鋼珠有部分露出該孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之升降機構,其中所述鋼珠與彈簧之間還設置有墊片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之升降機構,其中所述底板上側固定有二豎直向上之導向桿,滑動塊上分別設置有匹配之導向孔,滑塊藉由其導向孔套裝於兩導向桿上實現滑動配合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之升降機構,其中所述L形擺塊之擺腳上側邊為圓滑過渡。
