Abstract

本发明公开了一种连杆升降机构,包括底板和活动块,通过V型把手和连杆配合结构实现活动块上升和下降,利用限位台阶A实现上升后固定,利用L型钩子实现下降后锁紧。本发明设计合理,结构简单,零件数少,不需要电气设备,完全由机构件组成,适用于升降距离不大(小于200mm),且压紧力不高的场合。操作方便,所有升降以及压紧只需要搬动V型把手即可,具有推广价值,通用性强。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种升降机构,具体涉及一种连杆升降机构。
背景技术:
现有要求升起之后稳定自锁,下降之后又能够压紧的升降机构,大多采用气缸控制,存在结构复杂、操作不便和需要维护的问题,还需要配比控制电气,导致成本较高。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题和不足,提供一种连杆升降机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案:一种连杆升降机构,包括底板和活动块,两者之间通过导向杆和导向孔配合可升降滑动,一V型把手的下拐臂末端通过下销轴与底板铰接,一连杆通过上销轴与活动块铰接,并且该连杆的另一端与V型把手中部拐角处通过中销轴连接,所述V型把手的上拐臂中间位置设置有让位孔,让位孔内横向安装有销轴,该限位定销与所述L型钩子的拐角处配合顶紧,一个L型钩子的拐角铰接在该销轴上,该L型钩子的上拐臂通过锁紧弹簧与V型把手上拐臂连接,L型钩子的下拐臂上设置有卡槽,并在底板上与该卡槽对应位置设置有卡销;同时活动块上设置有防止连杆过渡翻转的限位台阶,当活动块被顶起时,限位台阶使上销轴、中销轴和下销轴形成略大于180度α(该夹角范围大于180度小于200度)的支撑角。
导向杆上套装有回位弹簧。
V型把手的上拐臂让位孔的一侧还横向固定有限位顶销。锁紧弹簧和该限位顶销可以是L型钩子被限定在一个适当的范围内摆动,同时L型钩子的下拐臂末端为斜面,在该摆动范围内,L型钩子的斜面恰好可以与圆柱形卡销形成滑动配合,最终使卡销落入卡槽中。
导向块内可以套装有耐磨垫圈。
V型把手的末端安装有手柄。L型钩子的末端安装有手柄。
积极效果:
1、本发明的连杆被升起之后在限位台阶作用下可以实现稳定支撑结构,活动块下降之后利用L型钩子能够自动锁紧,退掉L型钩子后在回位弹簧作用下活动块可自动抬起一定高度。设计合理,结构简单,零件数少,不需要电气设备,完全由机构件组成,适用于升降距离不大(小于200mm),且压紧力不高的场合。
2、操作方便,所有升降以及压紧只需要搬动V型把手即可,具有推广价值,通用性强。

具体实施方式:
参见图1-图4,该连杆升降机构包括底板1和活动块2,底板1上竖直固定两个导向杆3,活动块2通过导向孔套装在两导向杆3上,从而两者之间可以滑动升降。
活动块2上设置有限位台阶A,形成内侧台阶面和外侧台阶面,在内侧台阶面上设置有上销轴11,连杆5的一端铰接在该上销轴11上。
V型把手4包括上拐臂和下拐臂,其下拐臂末端通过下销轴10与底板1铰接,所述连杆5的另一端与V型把手4中部拐角处通过中销轴12连接。
所述V型把手4的上拐臂中间位置设置有让位孔17,让位孔17的一侧横向安装有销轴13和限位顶销14,一个L型钩子6的拐角铰接在该销轴13上。该L型钩子6的上拐臂通过锁紧弹簧9与V型把手4的上拐臂连接,L型钩子6的下拐臂上设置有卡槽15,并且L型钩子的下拐臂末端为斜面16,在底板1上与该卡槽15对应位置设置有卡销16。锁紧弹簧9和该限位顶销14可以是L型钩子6被限定在一个适当的范围内摆动,L型钩子6的下拐臂末端斜面16恰好可以与圆柱形卡销7形成滑动配合,最终使卡销7落入卡槽15中。
V型把手4上拐臂末端设置有手柄,通过按压,V型把手4沿下销轴10向下旋转,再带动活动块2下移的同时L型钩子6也开始下移直至其卡槽15与卡销16匹配相扣,在锁紧弹簧9的作用下卡槽15与卡销7之间才生压力,保持活动块被牢固地锁紧。
当活动块被顶起时,上销轴11、中销轴12和下销轴10之间形成的夹角α逐渐增大直至略大于180度。限位台阶A能够防止连杆过渡翻转。最终上销轴11、中销轴12和下销轴10形成夹角范围大于180度小于200度。
L型钩子6的上拐臂末端也设置手柄,便于翻转该L型钩子6使V型把手4被释放。在导向杆3上套装有回位弹簧8可以保证活动块自动回位。 

Claims (8)

1.一种连杆升降机构,其特征是:包括底板和活动块,两者之间通过导向杆和导向孔配合可升降滑动,一V型把手的下拐臂末端通过下销轴与底板铰接,一连杆通过上销轴与活动块铰接,并且该连杆的另一端与V型把手中部拐角处通过中销轴连接,所述V型把手的上拐臂中间位置设置有让位孔,让位孔内横向安装有销轴,一个L型钩子的拐角铰接在该销轴上,该L型钩子的上拐臂通过锁紧弹簧与V型把手上拐臂连接,L型钩子的下拐臂上设置有卡槽,并在底板上与该卡槽对应位置设置有卡销。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连杆升降机构,其特征是:同时活动块上设置有防止连杆过度翻转的限位台阶,当活动块被顶起时,限位台阶使上销轴、中销轴和下销轴形成大于180度的支撑角α。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连杆升降机构,其特征是:所述导向杆上套装有回位弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连杆升降机构,其特征是:所述V型把手的上拐臂让位孔的一侧还横向固定有限位顶销,该限顶定销与所述L型钩子的拐角处配合顶紧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的连杆升降机构,其特征是:所述L型钩子的下拐臂末端为斜面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的连杆升降机构,其特征是:导向块内套装有耐磨垫圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的连杆升降机构,其特征是:所述V型把手的末端安装有手柄。
8.根据权利要求1所述的连杆升降机构,其特征是:所述L型钩子的末端安装有手柄。
