背景技术
轴瓦是滑动轴承的重要部件,它通过与转轴轴颈的相对运动使介于其表面的润滑油产生压力以支持荷载,避免与转轴相互接触。现有的轴瓦通常由上轴瓦与下轴瓦组成,并在内孔中分面处设油囊,与下轴瓦所设进油孔相通,用以提供润滑油。然而这种轴瓦过油量小,而且润滑油压力低,影响了使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型是为了解决上述问题而提供一种轴瓦。
本实用新型的方案是这样实现的:一种轴瓦,由上轴瓦与下轴瓦组成,在轴瓦内孔中分面处设有油囊,在下轴瓦设有进油口与出油口,并在进油口设有节流体,其特征在于:所述下轴瓦中分面处两平面均设有油槽,外圆设有进油孔与回油孔,分别与两处油槽相通,并在进油孔的孔口设有螺纹;所述上轴瓦内孔设有环形油槽,与下轴瓦中分面油槽相通;所述节流体为设有通孔的螺堵。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步描述:
如图1、图2所示,轴瓦工作时,润滑油进入进油孔4通过节流体3增加了进油压力,通过环形油槽1进入端面油槽2及油囊6,再通过出油孔5进行循环流通,从而使润滑油过油量加大,降低轴瓦温度。

1.一种轴瓦,由上轴瓦与下轴瓦组成,在轴瓦内孔中分面处设有油囊,在下轴瓦设有进油口与出油口,并在进油口设有节流体,其特征在于:所述下轴瓦中分面处两平面均设有油槽,外圆设有进油孔与回油孔,分别与两处油槽相通,并在进油孔的孔口设有螺纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种轴瓦,其特征在于:所述上轴瓦内孔设有环形油槽,与下轴瓦中分面油槽相通。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种轴瓦,其特征在于:所述节流体为设有通孔的螺堵。
