背景技术
目前在建筑领域的升降装置大部分采用成本比较低的卷扬机带动钢丝绳拖拽,危险性极高,极易造成人员伤亡,为了提高安全性,也有采用造价非常高地犹如电梯升降方式的拖拽,但这种方式由于造价很高所以普及率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种造价较低,并且提高安全系数的差速卷扬机。
本实用新型的卷线轴通过差速器与减速器连接,减速器与电机连接的轴上安装有制动器。
本实用新型通过增加制动、差速功能,调节卷扬机的转速,货重是用高速,货轻是用低速,减少了钢丝绳的磨损,所谓的高速低速仅仅是卷扬机的调节,而升降机基本保持匀速即可。

具体实施方式
本实用新型卷线轴1通过差速器2与减速器3连接,差速器2调节卷线轴1与减速器3之间速度调节,在起车和刹车时不至于急停急走,减速器3与电机5连接的轴上安装有制动器4,在紧急状况可以进行紧急制动。
