背景技术
目前,国、内外的双螺杆连续混炼挤出机螺杆均为整体式,一根螺杆只能用于加工一种或一类性能接近的物料,尤其是在研究新材料时,要想用不同结构的螺杆,必须加工整体螺杆,周期长且制造成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种组合式双螺杆连续混炼挤出机。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种组合式双螺杆连续混炼挤出机,包括电机(1)、联轴器(2)、减速器(3)、驱动端支撑(4)、料斗(5)、机筒(6)、阻尼门装置(7)、开车阀(8)、水封端支撑(9)和螺杆(10),所述电机(1)、联轴器(2)和减速器(3)依次连接,驱动端支撑(4)和水封端支撑(9)分别设置在机筒(6)的两端,料斗(5)和阻尼门装置(7)安装在机筒(6)上,开车阀(8)设置在机筒(6)的出口处,螺杆(10)设置在机筒(6)中,所述机筒(6)为组合式机筒,每节机筒为剖分式结构,所述螺杆(10)为组合式螺杆。
所述螺杆(10)包括转子(101,104)、输送段(102)和压缩段(103),转子(101,104)、输送段螺杆元件(102)和压缩段螺杆元件(103)通过花键安装在螺杆芯轴上。
本实用新型一种组合式双螺杆连续混炼挤出机,机筒、螺杆均采用组合式结构,转子及各类螺杆元件通过花键安装在芯轴上,转子及螺杆元件均可以根据物料性质不同进行更换,每节机筒为中间剖分式,以便拆开观察物料在不同位置的塑化情况,准确总结物料加工特性,优化螺杆结构,解决了常规混炼挤出机螺杆结构不能根据物料性能改变,适用范围窄的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,组合式双螺杆连续混炼挤出机,包括电机1、联轴器2、减速器3、驱动端支撑4、料斗5、机筒6、阻尼门装置7、开车阀8、水封端支撑9和螺杆10,电机1、联轴器2和减速器3依次连接,驱动端支撑4和水封端支撑9分别设置在机筒6的两端,料斗5和阻尼门装置7安装在机筒6上,开车阀8设置在机筒6的出口处,螺杆10设置在机筒6中,机筒6为组合式机筒,每节机筒为剖分式结构,螺杆10为组合式螺杆,螺杆10包括转子101、转子104、输送段102和压缩段103,转子101和转子104通过花键安装在螺杆芯轴上,当螺杆元件的结构不能满足物料加工要求时,可以通过更换转子101、转子104改变螺杆对物料的剪切速率,通过更换输送段螺杆元件102及压缩段螺杆元件103改变螺杆的输送能力,以增强双螺杆挤出机的适用范围,机筒采用剖分式结构,便于拆开机筒观察物料在挤出机不同位置的状态总结加工不同物料存在的问题,本组合式双螺杆连续混炼挤出机的工作原理是物料经料斗连续加入到挤出机中,物料经过螺杆输送、压缩、混炼塑化后经过开车阀进入到下游切粒装置中进行切粒。

1.一种组合式双螺杆连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于:包括电机(1)、联轴器(2)、减速器(3)、驱动端支撑(4)、料斗(5)、机筒(6)、阻尼门装置(7)、开车阀(8)、水封端支撑(9)和螺杆(10),所述电机(1)、联轴器(2)和减速器(3)依次连接,驱动端支撑(4)和水封端支撑(9)分别设置在机筒(6)的两端,料斗(5)和阻尼门装置(7)安装在机筒(6)上,开车阀(8)设置在机筒(6)的出口处,螺杆(10)设置在机筒(6)中,所述机筒(6)为组合式机筒,每节机筒为剖分式结构,所述螺杆(10)为组合式螺杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式双螺杆连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于:所述螺杆(10)包括转子(101,104)、输送段螺杆元件(102)和压缩段螺杆元件(103),转子(101,104)、输送段螺杆元件(102)和压缩段螺杆元件(103)通过花键安装在螺杆芯轴上。
