技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶加工成型设备,具体的讲是一种块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构及采用该转子,能够对块状橡胶进行连续塑炼,并能以片状塑炼胶挤出,为块状橡胶的连续混炼提供稳定、连续和高质量的塑炼胶的塑炼设备。
背景技术
混炼过程是橡胶加工的核心环节,高质量混炼胶既是满足高质量橡胶制品的必须条件,又是后续成型高质量半成品生产的前提。而要获得高质量的混炼胶,天然胶及少量合成胶的塑炼尤为重要。因为工业生产中使用的天然胶的弹性较大,如果不首先降低生胶的弹性,增加其可塑性,在加工过程中,生胶不容易与炭黑等补强剂以及其他功能性助剂相混合,给后续加工带来了极大的困难,大部分机械能消耗在弹性变形上,而不能获得人们所需的各种橡胶制品的形状。因此天然胶混炼前,必须通过塑炼加工,借助于机械功或热能使橡胶由强韧的弹性状态转变为柔软而便于加工的塑性状态,来提高胶料的可塑性、改善胶料的流动性、增大胶料的黏着性,有利于混炼。目前,塑炼主要是通过开放式炼胶机、密闭式炼胶机和单螺杆塑炼机等的机械破坏作用,降低生胶的弹性,获得一定的可塑性。开炼机的塑炼是让生胶在两个相对回转的辊筒间,凭借前后辊相对速度不同而引起的速度梯度作用,使胶料受到强烈的剪切、挤压和撕裂作用,使橡胶大分子链被扯断,从而获得可塑性。在密炼机中,胶料在上顶栓压力及摩擦力的作用下,被带入两个具有螺旋凸棱的、有速比的、相对回转的转子间隙中,使物料在由转子与转子,转子与密炼室壁、上顶栓、下顶栓组成的捏炼系统内,受到不断变化和反复进行的搅拌、剪切、撕拉和摩擦的强烈捏炼作用,从而达到塑炼的目的。开炼机塑炼和密炼机塑炼都是间歇操作,存在着生产不连续、混炼质量不稳定、生产效率低等诸多的缺点。近年来国内外也有少量采用单螺杆连续机进行塑炼,单螺杆塑炼机的螺杆由三段双头螺纹组成,依次的喂料段、塑炼段和输送段主要起加料、塑炼和输送作用,从单螺杆塑炼机排出的胶料用输送带送往开炼机进行冷却、压片和补充塑炼加工。单螺杆塑炼机存在着吃料困难、排胶温度高、可塑性不稳定、质量较差等问题,无法实现块状橡胶连续混炼要求的塑炼胶的连续稳定的供给。
尽管目前美国、意大利等国已研制、生产出各种型号的连续混炼机,但由于受到橡胶等高聚物本身的粘弹性和多种胶料共混的复杂条件制约,这些机型只适用于塑料和粒状、粉末状、液状橡胶的混炼,而对于目前橡胶制品及轮胎厂使用的大块橡胶,还不能实现连续混炼,因此高效、低耗和稳定的连续混炼技术成为橡胶加工的发展趋势,亦是多年来橡胶加工业的梦想。实现连续塑炼是实现连续混炼的第一步,其目的是使生胶获得合适的可塑度,实现胶料的连续稳定供给,以满足后续加工过程的需要。虽然已经有人提出了间歇加间歇、连续加间歇、间歇加连续等局部连续式混炼的多种模式,但块状橡胶的连续混炼依然未能实现,其原因之一就是适于块状橡胶连续混炼的塑炼胶的连续稳定供给难于实现。所以研制出一种连续稳定的塑炼胶供给设备是实现块状橡胶连续混炼的关键之一,这其中转子又是核心部件。
发明内容
本发明要解决现有设备不能实现块状胶料连续塑炼挤出的技术问题,提供一种能够实现块状橡胶连续塑炼,并以片状塑炼胶挤出,能够为块状橡胶的连续混炼提供稳定、连续和高质量的塑炼胶的块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构及采用该转子,能够对块状橡胶进行连续塑炼,并能以片状塑炼胶挤出,为块状橡胶的连续混炼提供稳定、连续和高质量的塑炼胶的塑炼设备。
本发明为了解决上述技术问题而采取的技术方案是:一种块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构,包括一对平行、异向旋转的转子,沿胶料前进方向转子上依次有加料段、塑炼段、挤出段,转子后端连接动力传动系统,一对转子转速相等,且异向螺纹部分啮合;加料段是大导程螺纹元件;塑炼段分塑炼螺纹元件、螺纹开槽螺纹元件和机筒销钉螺纹元件。
双转子与机筒之间的容积较单螺杆与机筒之间的容积大,塑炼产量高,输送能力强,增强了胶料的流动性,避免胶料停滞。平行、异向旋转和螺纹部分啮合的转子,对胶料产生强烈的剪切、分散作用,且塑炼均匀,而两个转子相向旋转,即向内旋转效果更好。异向旋转螺纹比同向旋转的螺纹结构输送能力更强,产生的压力更大,会使塑炼更充分、更均匀。加料段的大导程的螺纹保证了块状橡胶的顺利进入。在三部分的塑炼段中,胶料被剪切变形、汇合、搅拌、推动、拖曳,成为均匀的塑炼胶。本发明的双转子结构能够适应块状橡胶进行连续塑炼,并能以片状塑炼胶挤出,为块状橡胶的连续混炼提供稳定、连续和高质量的塑炼胶。
加料段是螺距从后向前减小的单头螺纹;塑炼螺纹元件上有一条长的螺旋凸棱和两条短的螺旋凸棱;螺纹开槽螺纹元件是螺距由后向前减小的双头螺纹,螺棱上开有垂直于螺纹的螺槽;机筒销钉螺纹元件是等螺距双头螺纹,其上开有垂直于转子轴线的环形沟槽,环形沟槽内插有固定在机筒上的销钉;挤出段是双头螺纹,分为两部分,连接塑炼段的后一部分的螺纹螺距由后向前减小,前一部分的螺纹螺距相等。加料段的螺距从后向前减少,螺纹在输送和压实胶料的同时还起到了破胶和塑炼的作用。塑炼螺纹元件的一条长的螺旋凸棱和两条短的螺旋凸棱在转动时,一根转子的塑炼螺纹元件凸棱依次啮入另一根转子塑炼螺纹元件的棱间,凸棱直径与凸棱根部旋转的圆周速度不同,产生速比和速度梯度,胶料通过两塑炼螺纹元件之间和塑炼螺纹元件与机筒之间时,受到不断变化的反复进行的强烈剪切和挤压作用,产生剪切变形,使胶料的弹性降低,可塑性增加,流动性得到改善。螺纹开槽螺纹元件螺距由后向前减小,部分胶料从螺棱开槽处分流到相邻的螺纹槽中,胶料在塑炼过程中多次被螺棱进行分割、汇合、剪切和搅拌,塑炼质量均匀,同时也增加了胶料的停留时间。固定在机筒上的销钉伸入等螺距机筒销钉螺纹元件的环形沟槽,当胶料输送到销钉区时,由于销钉对胶料的流动起到推动、拖曳和周向搅拌的作用,有效地消除环形沟槽中顺流方向和横流方向的死区,使原来保持层流状态的胶料作横向流动、分流运动和绕流运动,加快了胶料在螺纹间顺流方向的流动,输送能力较大,大大地提高了胶料的塑炼质量。挤出段的后一部分的螺纹螺距由后向前减小,起压实和输送的作用,前一部分的螺纹螺距相等,保证挤出段顺畅、平稳的将塑炼胶挤出,获得质量好的塑炼胶。
加料段、塑炼段、挤出段的螺纹高度相等,螺纹母体呈圆柱状;转子的头部呈圆锥形。前端呈圆锥形的转子使胶料的流动性好,保证挤出质量稳定的胶片。转子的加料段、塑炼段、挤出段的螺纹元件依次可拆卸的安装在转子的芯轴上;塑炼螺纹元件、螺纹开槽螺纹元件和机筒销钉螺纹元件在转子上的排布顺序能够变化。这种积木式的组合方式便于制造、安装、维修和更换部件。改变塑炼段的塑炼螺纹元件、螺纹开槽螺纹元件和机筒销钉螺纹元件的排布顺序,能够适应不同胶料、工艺和制品的要求。
塑炼段的塑炼螺纹元件、螺纹开槽螺纹元件和机筒销钉螺纹元件在转子上沿胶料的前进方向依次排列。这种排布顺序塑炼效果最好。
加料段螺纹是三角形螺纹。三角形螺纹根部厚,提高了加料段的机械强度和刚度,对块状橡胶的破胶、输送、压实和塑炼作用好。
加料段后面的转子上有反胶槽。反胶槽防止胶料从转子后方溢出。

图3所示是图2塑炼设备的机筒2的示意图。机筒2是分段组合式连接结构,各段依次密封固定连接在一起组成整体的机筒2,机筒2由进料段机筒25、塑炼和螺纹开槽机筒24、销钉机筒22和挤出段机筒21四段组成。销钉机筒22的筒壁上固定着伸向筒内的径向销钉23。四段机筒大体上与双转子2的加料段56、塑炼螺纹元件55及螺纹开槽螺纹元件54、机筒销钉螺纹元件53、挤出段52相对应。机筒2分段组合便于制作、安装、更换和维护。每段机筒上有带有冷却水道入口211和冷却水道出口212的冷却水道241,冷却水从冷却水道入口211进入冷却水道241,从冷却水道出口212流出,对机筒2进行冷却。本实施例的分段机筒采用纵向上平分为两片的剖分式结构,剖分式结构便于对机筒2和转子5进行清洗和维护,方便拆分机筒2来观察各段塑炼状态和塑炼程度,为研究、改进设备提供依据,图中没有示出分段机筒的剖分式结构。
本发明的塑炼设备能够对块状橡胶进行连续塑炼,并能以片状塑炼胶挤出,为块状橡胶的连续混炼提供稳定、连续和高质量的塑炼胶。

Claims (9)

1.一种块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构,包括一对平行、异向旋转的转子(5),沿胶料前进方向转子(5)上依次有加料段(56)、塑炼段、挤出段(52),转子后端连接动力传动系统,其特征在于一对转子(5)转速相等,且异向螺纹部分啮合;加料段(56)是螺距从后向前减小的大导程单头螺纹元件;塑炼段分为有一条长的螺旋凸棱和两条短的螺旋凸棱的塑炼螺纹元件(55)、螺距由后向前减小的双头螺纹,螺棱上开有垂直于螺纹螺槽(541)的螺纹开槽螺纹元件(54)和等螺距双头螺纹,其上开有垂直于转子轴线的环形沟槽(531),环形沟槽(531)内插有固定在机筒上销钉(23)的机筒销钉螺纹元件(53);挤出段(52)是双头螺纹,分为两部分,连接塑炼段的后一部分的螺纹螺距由后向前减小,前一部分的螺纹螺距相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构,其特征在于加料段(56)、塑炼段、挤出段(52)的螺纹高度相等,螺纹母体呈圆柱状;转子的头部(51)呈圆锥形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构,其特征在于转子的加料段(56)、塑炼段、挤出段(52)的螺纹元件依次可拆卸的安装在转子(5)的芯轴上;塑炼螺纹元件(55)、螺纹开槽螺纹元件(54)和机筒销钉螺纹元件(53)在转子(5)上的排布顺序能够变化。
4.根据权利要求3所述的块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构,其特征在于塑炼段的塑炼螺纹元件(55)、螺纹开槽螺纹元件(54)和机筒销钉螺纹元件(53)在转子(5)上沿胶料的前进方向依次排列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构,其特征在于加料段(56)螺纹是三角形螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构,其特征在于加料段(56)后面的转子(5)上有反胶槽(57)。
7.一种采用权利要求1-6中任意一种块状橡胶连续塑炼双转子结构的塑炼设备,包括安装在机筒(2)内的一对转子(5),加料机构、动力传动系统、冷却系统和控制系统,其特征在于机筒(2)内安装块状橡胶连续塑炼的双转子结构,机筒(2)上的销钉(23)插于转子的机筒销钉螺纹元件(53)的环形沟槽(531)内;转子后端连接动力传动系统;加料机构在的机筒(2)上方,连通机筒(2)上的喂料口(251);机筒(2)上的冷却水道(241)连接冷却系统;控制系统连接冷却系统、动力传动系统和加料机构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的采用块状橡胶连续塑炼双转子结构的塑炼设备,其特征在于机筒(2)是分段组合的机筒,每段机筒开设带有冷却水道入口(211)和冷却水道出口(212)的冷却水道(241)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的采用块状橡胶连续塑炼双转子结构的塑炼设备,其特征在于分段组合的机筒采用纵向剖分式结构。
