背景技术
在小块的农田耕作中,农用微型耕耘机越来越广泛地应用于犁地 
或者旋耕工作,在进行犁地工作时,需要很大减速比;而进行旋耕工作时,其减速比相对较小,在公路上行驶时的减速比更小。当前的农
用微型耕耘机采用皮带轮或者链轮进行传动及变速,其传动的稳定性
较差,因而不能最有效地利用发动机的输出功率,并且其调整极为麻
烦,当前所用的变速器在变速后还需要通过链轮或者带轮将动力传输
到主动轮上,传动联接的稳定性较差。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种微型耕耘机变速箱,它可以实现大的减速比,并且可以换挡,满足犁地、旋耕及行驶时不同输出要求。 
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案:一种耕耘机的变速箱机构,包括主轴和倒挡轴,所述主轴与倒挡轴通过倒挡拨叉组件连接,所述主轴上设置有一挡齿及快挡、二挡齿及慢挡、及倒挡齿、换挡拨叉,及换挡拨叉轴,所述换挡拨叉套在换挡拨叉轴上,所述倒挡轴上设有倒挡大齿、倒挡小齿,所述倒挡大齿与倒挡齿啮合。 
与现有的技术相比,本实用新型具有以下突出优点和效果:将此变速箱安装在多功能微型耕耘机上,通过拨叉换挡,能使该机既能快速旋耕,又能慢速犁耕,还能在路上行驶,本实用新型的整体结构紧凑、变速比准确、可靠性高。

如图1所示,一种耕耘机的变速箱机构,包括主轴1和倒挡轴25,所述主轴1与倒挡轴25通过倒挡拨叉组件28连接,所述主轴1上设置有一挡齿及快挡20、二挡齿及慢挡23、及倒挡齿24、换挡拨叉22,及换挡拨叉轴2l,所述换挡拨叉22套在换挡拨叉轴2l上,所述倒挡轴25上设有倒挡大齿26、倒挡小齿27,所述倒挡大齿26与倒挡齿24啮合,将此变速箱安装在多功能微型耕耘机上,通过拨叉换挡,能使该机既能快速旋耕,又能慢速犁耕,还能在路上行驶,本实用新型的整体结构紧凑、变速比准确、可靠性高。
