本实用新型公开了属于塑料件注塑、成型模具范畴的一种适用于小面积零部件的顶出模具。该顶出模具是在公模的上面套上母模组成;在公模固定板两边固定垫块,垫块之间放置顶针背板和顶针固定板,垫块上面固定公模板,公模板中央为凸出的零件成型模,顶针导孔穿过公模板和成型模;在成型模周围放置组合滑模,母模板固定在母模固定板上,母模板上固定两根斜导柱,两根斜导柱与第一滑块上开有两条斜导孔配合。本实用新型避免成型形状复杂的小面积零部件因受力较大引起顶变形或顶出痕的外观不良产品。同时具有模具结构简单,模具成本低,操作简便的突出特点。在模具结构和注射成型领域,有着独特的启迪作用和深远的实用价值。

本实用新型属于塑料件注塑、成型模具范畴,特别涉及一种适用于小面积零部件的顶出模具。
背景技术
在注塑过程中,特别是在汽车行业中,有些形状复杂的塑料件,其能够用于顶出的面积非常细小。在顶出时,必须要分出先后次序在顶出时,塑件承受顶出力的部分太单薄,很容易出现严重变形。
。此类塑料件顶出面积小,塑料件比较薄,顶杆在顶出运动时,薄弱地方的会把塑件顶变形或顶出痕,因为成形斜顶杆在顶出过程中,不是一下就能摆脱其所成型部分对它的约束,需要有一小段时间。在这段时间里,塑料件对顶杆相对有“拉、拽”的作用,此刻,会在塑料件薄弱的地方产生顶出痕,影响制品外观。在汽车行业中,以注塑加工的形式,大量成型形状复杂的小面积零部件,因此,如果仍采用传统模具结构,不但是模具结构复杂,成本上升。而且,不能保证作用于顶出部位的塑件不变形。然而,如何解决此类塑料件,在注塑成型的顶出过程中,发生因互相制约而产生的顶出受力不均现象,和由此产生大量的外观不合格品,始终是困扰众多厂家的一个技术难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术在注塑过程中,成型形状复杂的小面积零部件,在顶出时,必须要分出先后次序。此类塑料件顶出面积小,塑料件比较薄,顶杆在顶出运动时,薄弱地方的会把塑件顶变形或顶出痕,影响制品外观,和由此产生大量的外观不合格品的不足,而提出一种适用于小面积零部件的顶出模具,其特征在于,所述顶出模具是在公模的上面套上母模组成;在公模固定板两边固定垫块,垫块之间放置顶针背板和顶针固定板,顶针固定板中央固定2-4根顶针,垫块上面固定公模板,公模板中央为凸出的零件成型模,顶针导孔穿过公模板和成型模;在成型模周围放置由第一滑块和第二滑块构成的组合滑模,在第一滑块上开有两条斜导孔;所述母模的母模板固定在母模固定板上,母模板上固定两根斜导柱。
所述第一滑块上面斜导孔与其斜面平行。
所述母模板上固定的两根斜导柱的倾斜角度与第一滑块上面斜导孔的倾斜角度相同,并且二者相配合滑动。
本实用新型的的有益效果是主要针对在汽车行业中,以注塑加工的形式,大量成型形状复杂的小面积零部件,采用传统模具结构,不但是模具结构复杂,成本上升。而且,不能保证作用于顶出部位的塑件不变形,本实用新型避免成型形状复杂的小面积零部件因受力较大引起顶变形或顶出痕的外观不良产品。不仅解决了汽车行业中此类塑料制品在注塑生产中,因难以控制的顶出问题而产生的外观缺陷,同时具有模具结构简单,模具成本低,操作简便的突出特点。在模具结构和注射成型领域,有着独特的启迪作用和深远的实用价值。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提出一种适用于小面积零部件的顶出模具,下面结合附图予以说明。
在图1、2所示成型小面积零部件的顶出模具示意图中,在公模的上面套上母模组成成型小面积零部件的顶出模具。在公模固定板12两边固定垫块9,垫块9之间放置顶针背板11和顶针固定板10,顶针固定板10中央固定2-4根顶针8,垫块9上面固定公模板7,公模板7中央为凸出的零件成型模14,顶针导孔穿过公模板7和成型模14;在成型模14周围放置由第一滑块5和第二滑块6构成的组合滑模,在第一滑块5上开有两条斜导孔13,第一滑块5上面斜导孔13与第一滑块5的斜面平行;所述母模的母模板4固定在母模固定板1上,母模板4上固定两根斜导柱2。工件3套在成型模14上,母模板4上固定的两根斜导柱2插入第一滑块5上的两条斜导孔13内,二者具有相同的倾斜角度,相配合滑动下压到底,使第一滑块5和第二滑块6向内滑动,将工件3压靠在成型模14上。相反,在取出工件3时,顶针背板11和顶针固定板10上升,顶针固定板10带动顶针8上升,顶针8将工件3和压在上面的母模同时上顶,两根斜导柱2在两条斜导孔13内滑动,使第一滑块5和第二滑块6向外滑动,离开工件3,在工件3移出第一滑块5上表面后,取出工件3;这样工件3在母模的保护下,塑料工件3不会在薄弱部位出现顶出痕或变形,影响外观。

1.一种适用于小面积零部件的顶出模具,其特征在于,所述顶出模具是在公模的上面套上母模组成;在公模固定板两边固定垫块,垫块之间放置顶针背板和顶针固定板,顶针固定板中央固定2-4根顶针,垫块上面固定公模板,公模板中央为凸出的零件成型模,顶针导孔穿过公模板和成型模;在成型模周围放置由第一滑块和第二滑块构成的组合滑模,在第一滑块上开有两条斜导孔;所述母模的母模板固定在母模固定板上,母模板上固定两根斜导柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述适用于小面积零部件的顶出模具,其特征在于,所述第一滑块上面斜导孔与其斜面平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述适用于小面积零部件的顶出模具,其特征在于,所述母模板上固定的两根斜导柱的倾斜角度与第一滑块上面斜导孔的倾斜角度相同,并且二者相配合滑动。
