本实用新型涉及一种生产用模具，尤其涉及一种生产内花键套用模具。
背景技术
众所周知，花键联接由内花键和外花键组成，内、外花键均为多齿零件。因为齿数较多，总接触面积较大，可承受较大的载荷，所以对内花键套的性能要求也比较严格。目前内花键套多采用挤压生产，但存在以下缺点：材料利用率不高，造成了不必要的资源浪费；产品壁厚差大，产品质量不高，且影响后续机加工的工作效率；挤压力较大，模具寿命受到影响。所以需要一种新型模具用于内花键套的生产。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种生产内花键套用模具，可提高产品质量和生产效率，并降低成本。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种生产内花键套用模具，所述生产内花键套用模具外部开有环形凹槽，中间开有环形槽，所述环形槽下端开有环形孔，并与环形槽连通，所述环形槽与环形孔连通处设置有倒角。
所述生产内花键套用模具采用42CrMo钢。

如图1所示，于本实施例中，一种生产内花键套用模具，所述生产内花键套用模具外部开有环形凹槽3，中间开有环形槽1，所述环形槽1下端开有环形孔2，并与环形槽1连通，所述环形槽1与环形孔2连通处设置有倒角4，所述生产内花键套用模具采用42CrMo钢。
生产时，通过环形凹槽3将模具吊装到工位上，将坯料放入环形槽1和环形孔2中进行挤压加工，通过倒角4的设置，方便生产后进行脱模。
所述生产内花键套用模具，其采用一模两腔的设计，提高了产品质量和生产效率，并降低了成本。
