【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种给模具的模板倒角的机器。
【背景技术】
我们知道，模具的模板边角一般都比较锋利，这就需要对大部分的边角进行倒角。当前，为了提高工作效率，人们发明出了一种电动倒角机，于是在给模板边角倒角时，操作人员两只手用力抬起电动倒角机，然后对准需要倒角的那个边后，用力推着倒角机沿着边角来实现的。由于倒角机比较笨重，大大增加了工人的劳动强度，长时间工作时会使工人腰酸背疼，导致降低工作效率，对于小模板的倒角，操作工人还可以应付，如果是大模板，那可就难以应付得了。为此，本申请人开发出了一种主要是针对大型模板的万能倒角机。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是在于克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种操作方便、省力，以及能提高工作效率的360度旋转的万能模具倒角机。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题，本实用新型采用下述技术方案：
一种360度旋转的万能模具倒角机，其包括有底座，在底座上设有能绕其上的底轴呈360度旋转的竖直立柱，在竖直立柱上固定连接有水平旋转臂，在水平旋转臂的端部设有能上下摆动的摆动臂，在摆动臂两端分别设有摆动平衡块和绕摆动臂摆动的吊臂；在吊臂下端设有绕吊臂360度旋转的倒角机安装架；在倒角机安装架上设有绕安装架摆动的倒角机。
在对上述360度旋转的万能模具倒角机的改进方案中，在竖直立柱上设有背离水平旋转臂来平衡立柱受力的水平平衡块。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：它通过竖直立柱和安装架的360度旋转来使倒角机在任何角度上都可以给模板倒角，通过摆动臂的摆动来调整倒角机的高度，并通过摆动臂和倒角机绕安装架的摆动来调整倒角机的角度，直到其对准模板所需倒角的那条边，可以看出它是采用五轴旋转或摆动来给模板倒角的，只要操作旋转和摆动倒角机到需要的位置即可，所以本实用新型可以对万角模具倒角机覆盖范围内的任意位置上的模板进行倒角，其操作方便、省力，大大降低了工人的劳动强度，提高工作效率。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型为一种360度旋转的万能模具倒角机，如图1-3所示，其包括有底座1，在底座1上设有能绕其上的底轴11呈360度旋转的竖直立柱2，在竖直立柱2上固定连接有水平旋转臂3，在水平旋转臂3的端部设有能上下摆动的摆动臂4，在摆动臂4两端分别设有摆动平衡块5和绕摆动臂4摆动的吊臂6；在吊臂6下端设有绕吊臂360度旋转的倒角机安装架7；在倒角机安装架7上设有绕安装架摆动的倒角机8。本实用新型是通过竖直立柱2和安装架7的360度旋转来使倒角机在任何角度上都可以给模板倒角，通过摆动臂4的摆动来调整倒角机的高度，并通过摆动臂4和倒角机8绕安装架的摆动来调整倒角机8的角度，直到其对准模板所需倒角的那条边，可以看出它是采用五轴旋转或摆动来给模板倒角的，只要操作旋转和摆动倒角机8到需要的位置即可，所以本实用新型可以对万角模具倒角机覆盖范围内的任意位置上的模板进行倒角，其操作方便、省力，大大降低了工人的劳动强度，提高工作效率。
在竖直立柱2上设有背离水平旋转臂3来平衡立柱受力的水平平衡块9，这样可使立柱的受力比较均匀，360度旋转时比较平稳、灵活。

1.一种360度旋转的万能模具倒角机，其特征在于：包括有底座，在底座上设有能绕其上的底轴呈360度旋转的竖直立柱，在竖直立柱上固定连接有水平旋转臂，在水平旋转臂的端部设有能上下摆动的摆动臂，在摆动臂两端分别设有摆动平衡块和绕摆动臂摆动的吊臂；在吊臂下端设有绕吊臂360度旋转的倒角机安装架；在倒角机安装架上设有绕安装架摆动的倒角机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的360度旋转的万能模具倒角机，其特征在于：在竖直立柱上设有背离水平旋转臂来平衡立柱受力的水平平衡块。
