背景技术
目前,采用塑料模具生产一种在弧形面的水平位置制有多个侧孔的塑料产品,由于各个侧孔位于弧形面上,各侧孔的中心线之间存在一定的角度,因此,在侧孔抽芯时无法采用同一滑块带动抽芯,现有技术各个侧孔只能由对应的滑块带动抽芯,造成模具内部结构复杂,加工麻烦,投资成本大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用工字双节配合,一块滑块带动多根芯子抽芯,结构简单,加工容易,成本低的注塑模具双节滑块抽芯机构。
本实用新型注塑模具双节滑块抽芯机构的技术方案是:包括设置在模具动模板上的外滑块,外滑块中穿过斜导柱,斜导柱连接下定模板下,定模板与动模板之间有成型的塑料产品,塑料产品的一侧制有弧形面,弧形面中制有2个以上侧孔,其特征在于所述的外滑块内侧壁上制有工字槽,工字槽上连接相应根数的芯子,各根芯子与对应的侧孔相配合。
本实用新型的注塑模具双节滑块抽芯机构,在外滑块的内侧壁上制有工字槽,工字槽上连接芯子,抽芯时,外滑块由斜导柱带动向外滑,外滑块带动各根芯子抽芯,由于各根芯子与外滑块之间采用工字连接,因此,在外滑块带动各根芯子向外抽芯的同时,各根芯子在工字槽中作向弧形面内侧的位移,从而使芯子顺着侧孔的中心线抽芯,抽芯顺利,不损害产品。本方案的芯子采用工字连接,抽芯时可作水平位移,适用于一块滑块带动多根芯子抽芯,结构简单,加工容易,成本低。

本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具双节滑块抽芯机构,如图1、图2所示,包括设置在模具动模板1上的外滑块2,外滑块2中穿过斜导柱3,斜导柱3连接下定模板4下,定模板4与动模板1之间有成型的塑料产品5,塑料产品5的一侧制有弧形面6,弧形面6中制有2个以上侧孔7,其特征在于所述的外滑块2内侧壁上制有工字槽8,工字槽8上连接相应根数的芯子9,各根芯子9与对应的侧孔7相配合。本技术方案在外滑块2的内侧壁上制有工字槽8,工字槽8上连接芯子9,抽芯时,外滑块2由斜导柱3带动向外滑,外滑块2带动各根芯子9抽芯,由于各根芯子9与外滑块2之间采用工字连接,因此,在外滑块2带动各根芯子9向外抽芯的同时,各根芯子9在工字槽8中作向弧形面6内侧的位移,从而使芯子9顺着侧孔7的中心线抽芯,抽芯顺利,不损害产品。本方案的芯子采用工字连接,抽芯时可作水平位移,适用于一块滑块带动多根芯子抽芯,结构简单,加工容易,成本低。
