本实用新型涉及一种车载自振压缩空气充压器,其特征在于:包括呈柱状的内件和呈桶状的外件,所述内件一端固定在车厢底部,所述外件固定在车轴上,所述内件套置在外件体内,并能够与外件往复压缩运动,所述外件底部设有具有第一单向截止阀的进气管路和具有第二单向截止阀的出气管路。本实用新型通过将内件一端固定在车厢底部,外件固定在车轴上,内件套置在外件体内,从而使在车辆经过颠簸时,即可使内件、外件产生相对位移,产生内、外件的伸缩,最终使产生的能量得到有效地利用。

背景技术:
机动车的使用越来越普遍,车辆在经过颠簸的路边时,由于设置有车辆减振器都会使车厢与车轴的间距发生变化,这部分间距发生变化即有动能的产生,而目前这部分动能都没有被有效利用,造成了能量的浪费。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车载自振压缩空气充压器,该车载自振压缩空气充压器不仅结构简单、设计合理,而且有利于实现能量的有效利用。
本实用新型车载自振压缩空气充压器,其特征在于:包括呈柱状的内件和呈桶状的外件,所述内件一端固定在车厢底部,所述外件固定在车轴上,所述内件套置在外件体内,并能够与外件往复压缩运动,所述外件底部设有具有第一单向截止阀的进气管路和具有第二单向截止阀的出气管路。
本实用新型通过将内件一端固定在车厢底部,外件固定在车轴上,内件套置在外件体内,从而在车辆颠簸时,车厢底部与车轴间距拉大,内、外件伸长,此时,第一单向截止阀自动打开,第二单向截止阀自动关闭,出气管路不通,空气从进气管路进入腔体;车厢底部与车轴间距缩小时,内、外件压缩,此时,第一单向截止阀自动关闭,进气管路不通,第二单向截止阀自动打开,空气从出气管路排出;排出的压缩空气可以收集起来作为其它机械的动能,使产生的能量得到有效地利用。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型车载自振压缩空气充压器,包括呈柱状的内件1和呈桶状的外件2,内件一端3固定在车厢底部,外件2固定在车轴上,内件1套置在外件2体内,并能够与外件往复压缩运动,外件底部设有具有第一单向截止阀4的进气管路5和具有第二单向截止阀6的出气管路7。
上述内件1呈圆柱状或呈椭圆柱状,外件2也呈与内件相同的圆柱状或椭圆柱状。

1.一种车载自振压缩空气充压器,其特征在于:包括呈柱状的内件和呈桶状的外件,所述内件一端固定在车厢底部,所述外件固定在车轴上,所述内件套置在外件体内,并能够与外件往复压缩运动,所述外件底部设有具有第一单向截止阀的进气管路和具有第二单向截止阀的出气管路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载自振压缩空气充压器,其特征在于:所述内件呈圆柱状,所述外件也呈与内件相同的圆柱状。
