本实用新型属于零件加工设备，特别涉及一种用于零件表面处理的铣治具。
背景技术
通常，经过冲压得到的板块状零件会存在披锋和毛刺，需要经过表面处理而去掉关键部位的毛刺，比如加工出5°的倒角，这样就需要对零件进行铣加工，需要用到铣治具，从而保证零件表面的光滑，避免刮伤、碰伤和夹伤等不良现象出现。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种加工细小圆柱体零件的CNC铣治具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型CNC铣治具，包括定钳口和动钳口，所述的定钳口底部设有水平向型腔，定钳口顶部设有与型腔连通的竖直向开孔，所述的动钳口底部设有与开孔对应的竖直向定位螺丝。
其中，所述的开孔与定位螺丝各有两组。
本实用新型的有益效果是：加工细小圆柱体零件时，将零件置于开孔处，然后将动钳口与定钳口扣合，动钳口上的定位螺丝将零件顶入开孔内，从而完成零件的CNC铣加工。

参照图1所示，本实用新型公开了一种新型CNC铣治具，包括定钳口1和动钳口2，所述的定钳口1底部设有水平向型腔5，定钳口1顶部设有与型腔5连通的竖直向开孔6，所述的动钳口2底部设有与开孔6对应的竖直向定位螺丝3，其中，所述的开孔6与定位螺丝3各有两组，加工细小圆柱体零件4时，将零件4置于开孔6处，然后将动钳口2与定钳口1扣合，动钳口2上的定位螺丝3将零件4顶入开孔6内，从而完成零件4的CNC铣加工。
