本实用新型属于零件加工设备，特别涉及一种用于零件表面处理的铣治具。
背景技术
通常，经过冲压得到的板块状零件会存在披锋和毛刺，需要经过表面处理而去掉关键部位的毛刺，比如加工出5°的倒角，这样就需要对零件进行铣加工，需要用到铣治具，从而保证零件表面的光滑，避免刮伤、碰伤和夹伤等不良现象出现。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种一次性加工多个圆柱体零件的CNC铣治具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种CNC铣治具，包括立方体的支承底座以及分布在底座上的多个圆形型腔，所述的型腔内活动的设置有压块。
其中，所述的型腔有10个，分为两排设于底座上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：加工圆柱体零件时，可一次性将10个零件设于型腔内然后由压块压紧，然后进行CNC铣加工，从而大大提高加工效率。

参照图1所示，本实用新型公开了一种CNC铣治具，包括立方体的支承底座1以及分布在底座1上的多个圆形型腔4，所述的型腔4内活动的设置有压块2，其中，所述的型腔4有10个，分为两排设于底座1上，每个型腔4内均有一个压块2，加工圆柱体产品3时，可一次性将10个零件设于型腔4内然后由压块2压紧，然后进行CNC铣加工，从而大大提高加工效率。
