在对机械零部件的生产中，经常需要对金属板料进行卷圆及翻边加工，原有的工作方式均采用冲压模具分多道工序完成，需要多台冲压设备，能量消耗特别大，制造成本高，生产效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种板料自动卷圆翻边机，以解决现有生产方式工序多，成本高，效率低的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：翻边卷圆仿形块通过下方的减速电机与工作台面转动连接，压头旋转连接部与翻边卷圆仿形块固定连接，上浮动翻边压头与压头旋转连接部的连接轴转动连接，下浮动翻边压头通过连接轴与工作台面转动连接，固定块与工作台面固定连接，卷圆从动部通过旋转轴与固定块转动连接，压料轮与卷圆从动部转动连接，动力源一端与固定块铰接，另一端与卷圆从动部铰接。
本实用新型的优点在于：通过此设备可同时完成想要的不同角度的翻边和想要的不规则外形轮廓。与原工作方式相比大幅度降低了能源消耗，减少了人力,大大的提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
翻边卷圆仿形块9通过下方的减速电机与工作台面1转动连接，压头旋转连接部8与翻边卷圆仿形块9固定连接，上浮动翻边压头2与压头旋转连接部8的连接轴转动连接，下浮动翻边压头3通过连接轴与工作台面转动连接，固定块4与工作台面1固定连接，卷圆从动部10通过旋转轴5与固定块4转动连接，压料轮6与卷圆从动部10转动连接，动力源7一端与固定块4铰接，另一端与卷圆从动部10铰接。
首先将工件11放入翻边卷圆仿形块和卷圆从动部之间，按下启动按钮，卷圆从动部压紧工件11，然后上浮动翻边压头和下浮动翻边压头将工件夹紧，卷圆动力部分的翻边卷圆仿形块进行旋转运动，开始对工件同时进行翻边卷圆加工。上下浮动翻边压头为浮动机构，可随卷圆动力部分的形状不同可翻出想要的不同角度的边。卷圆从动部分同样也是浮动机构，卷圆动力部分翻边卷圆仿形块的外形不同，可以卷出不同规则的外形轮廓。

1.一种板料自动卷圆翻边机，其特征在于：翻边卷圆仿形块通过下方的减速电机与工作台面转动连接，压头旋转连接部与翻边卷圆仿形块固定连接，上浮动翻边压头与压头旋转连接部的连接轴转动连接，下浮动翻边压头通过连接轴与工作台面转动连接，固定块与工作台面固定连接，卷圆从动部通过旋转轴与固定块转动连接，压料轮与卷圆从动部转动连接，动力源一端与固定块铰接，另一端与卷圆从动部铰接。
