背景技术
通常，经过冲压得到的板块状零件会存在披锋和毛刺，需要经过表面处理而去掉关键部位的毛刺，比如加工出5°的倒角，这样就需要对零件进行铣加工，需要用到铣治具，从而保证零件表面的光滑，避免刮伤、碰伤和夹伤等不良现象出现。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种加工立方体零件的CNC铣治具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种高效CNC铣治具，包括圆柱体的底座以及设于底座内的方形开口，所述的开口活动的放置有挡块，所述的底座底部设有挡板。
其中，所述的挡块由左挡块、右挡块和前挡块组成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：加工立方体零件时，将零件插入方形开口内，然后根据需要在左侧、右侧或前侧插入挡块，与挡板一起将零件固定在底座上，加工完毕后，松开一个挡块即可方便的将零件取下。

参照图1所示，本实用新型公开了一种高效CNC铣治具，包括圆柱体的底座2以及设于底座2内的方形开口7，所述的开口7活动的放置有挡块，所述的底座2底部设有挡板1，其中，所述的挡块由左挡块3、右挡块4和前挡块5组成，加工立方体零件6时，将零件6插入方形开口7内，然后根据需要在左侧、右侧或前侧插入挡块，与挡板1一起将零件6固定在底座25上，加工完毕后，松开一个挡块即可方便的将零件6取下。
