本实用新型属于零件加工设备，特别涉及一种用于零件表面处理的铣治具。
背景技术
通常，经过冲压得到的板块状零件会存在披锋和毛刺，需要经过表面处理而去掉关键部位的毛刺，比如加工出5°的倒角，这样就需要对零件进行铣加工，需要用到铣治具，从而保证零件表面的光滑，避免刮伤、碰伤和夹伤等不良现象出现。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种加工条状异形零件的铣治具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种铣治具，包括圆筒状的夹紧套以及设于夹紧套侧壁面的条形槽，夹紧套端部设有容置腔，容置腔内设有定位凸台。
本实用新型的有益效果是：条形槽的存在能使夹紧套抵消产品施加的径向张力，容置腔可用来放置产品，定位凸台用来对产品进行定位。

参照图1所示，本实用新型公开了一种铣治具，包括圆筒状的夹紧套1以及设于夹紧套1侧壁面的条形槽3，条形槽3的存在能使夹紧套1抵消产品2施加的径向张力，夹紧套1端部设有容置腔4，可用来放置产品2，容置腔4内设有定位凸台5，用来对产品2进行定位，便于铣加工，本治具适于条状异形零件的铣加工。
