本实用新型涉及到一种冲床。
背景技术
日常所用的金属桶盖，是用半成品金属件经卷边制造而成，所用的半成品，首先将金属板冲压成圆形，再将圆形金属件作进一步加工。整个工序繁琐，程序多，效率低，增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了解决上述问题，而提供一种金属桶盖压型冲床，它能使金属桶盖一次冲压成型，减少了工作环节，提高了效率。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种金属桶盖压型冲床，包括底座，底座上设有操作面，操作面上设有固定架，其特征是：所述固定架上设有冲头，所述冲头和操作面上分别设有上模和下模，所述上模底部设有与下模配合的压型头。
本实用新型的有益效果是，压型头可根据桶盖要求进行设置更换，金属板经冲压后，直接得到桶盖半成品，减少了再次加工环节，提高了效率。

由附图可知，本实用新型包括底座5，底座5上设有操作面3，操作面3上设有固定架2，所述固定架2上设有冲头1，所述冲头1和操作面3上分别设有上模4和下模7，上模4由冲头1带动，上模4底部设有与下模7配合的压型头6，实现对金属件的冲压。压型头6可根据需要更换设置，使金属板冲压后，直接得到所需的半成品。
