一种屏蔽盖下盖冲压模具，包括上模和下模，所述上模包括上模座，上垫板，上夹板，止挡板，脱料板；所述下模包括下模板，下垫板，下模座和下垫块；所述上模上有A冲和辅助导柱；所述下模板上有两用销；所述上夹板和止挡板之间通过弹簧设有弹性间隔。
前述脱料板上有脱料入子。
前述下垫块有3个。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：共用性好，利用率高，使用寿命长，特别适合多品种的冲压件生产。

如图1所示，本实用新型的屏蔽盖下盖冲压模具，包括上模和下模，上模包括上模座1，上垫板12，上夹板2，止挡板11，脱料板3；上模座1和脱料板3之间有弹簧14，上夹板2和止挡板11之间通过弹簧14留有弹性间隔；脱料板3上有脱料入子10，便于修模和改模；上模上还有A冲13和辅助导柱4，辅助导柱4能保证上、下模的相对位置；上夹板12可以固定和保护A冲13和辅助导柱4，有效地延长模具的使用寿命；止挡板11和脱料板3还可以导正A冲13的冲头；下模包括下模板5，下垫板8，下模座6和下垫块7；下模板5上有两用销9；下垫块7有3个。
