本实用新型属于模具,尤其是指一种叠加模具。
背景技术
为提高生产效率,人们在用各种方式提高产品生产节拍,如一模双腔,但此种方式要求设备比单腔模具设备大近一倍。能源消耗增加80%左右。另外还有叠模注塑机,此注塑机可以同时安装两个产品相近的模具,但模具安装及调试比较麻烦,设备成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种叠模联动机构,以解决一模双腔模具设备大,注塑机安装及调试麻烦、成本高的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案:L型托模一与动模固定连接,L型托模二与定模固定连接,上齿条一端与定模固定连接,另一端与中间模板固定连接,下齿条一端与动模固定连接,另一端与中间模板固定连接,齿轮与上齿条、下齿条啮合连接。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构新颖,模具合为一体,省去了安装及调整的麻烦,降低了设备要求,节约了投资成本。

具体实施方式
L型托模一6-1与动模1固定连接,L型托模二6-2与定模2固定连接,上齿条4-1一端与定模2固定连接,另一端与中间模板5固定连接,下齿条4-2一端与动模1固定连接,另一端与中间模板5固定连接,齿轮3与上齿条4-1、下齿条4-2啮合连接。
本实用新型的工作方式
设备开模时,动模带动下齿条向动模方向移动,齿轮在下齿条的带动下顺时针旋转,并带动中间模板向动模方向移动,L型托模一向动模方向滑动;当模具合模时,动模带下齿条向定模方向移动,齿轮在下齿条作用下逆时针旋转并带动中间模板向定模方向移动到合模,L型托模一向定模方向滑动。
