本实用新型公开了一种造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网,扁丝干网是采用抗水解聚酯单丝编织而成的经二重组织,经线单丝为聚酯扁丝,纬线单丝分别由二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝组成,二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝的直径之比为1.04~1.5∶1,经二重组织的最小结构单元由4根经线和6根纬线组成。本实用新型采用二者比值适当的大直径纬线与小直径纬线相间排列,大直径纬线将经线中的面经和底经隔开,小直径的纬线将面经与底经穿插连接,以不同直径比的纬线组合生产出不同透气性要求的扁丝干网,来适应造纸机干燥部位不同的要求,既能满足透气性能的要求,达到最大的干燥效率,又能减少网痕,达到最好的成纸效果。

[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及造纸用干燥网,尤其涉及一种造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网。
[背景技术]
造纸干网,是造纸机干燥部纸张的载体,利用蒸汽热能干燥,不但要耐磨,耐高温,而且还要求有很高的干燥效率,以减少能源的消耗,降低成本。为了减少网痕,造纸干网表面还要求平整,还要有恰当的透气性能,特别是刚刚进入干燥部的湿纸页特别容易产生网痕。为了把从成型部传递来的湿纸页高速干燥成型,现代造纸机都使用了大量的烘缸,根据不同的干燥温度梯度使用不同透气度的造纸干网。普通的造纸干网强度不高,干燥效率也低,特别是随着造纸工业发展,高效高速宽幅纸机大量涌现,普通造纸干网已经不能满足新的需求。
[发明内容]
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网,扁丝干网是采用抗水解聚酯单丝编织而成的经二重组织,经线单丝为聚酯扁丝,纬线单丝分别由二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝组成,二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝的直径之比为1.04~1.5∶1,经二重组织的最小结构单元由4根经线和6根纬线组成。
作为优选,所述聚酯扁丝截面为矩形,截面尺寸为0.41~0.43×0.84~0.86。
作为优选,所述聚酯扁丝截面为矩形,截面尺寸为0.30~0.32×0.55~0.57。
作为优选,所述二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝中,大直径聚酯圆丝与小直径聚酯圆丝的根数比为1∶2。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
采用二者比值适当的大直径纬线与小直径纬线相间排列,大直径纬线将经线中的面经和底经隔开,小直径的纬线将面经与底经穿插连接,以不同直径比的纬线组合生产出不同透气性要求的扁丝干网,来适应造纸机干燥部位不同的要求,既能满足透气性能的要求,达到最大的干燥效率,又能减少网痕,达到最好的成纸效果。

实施例1:
图1是一种造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网,聚酯干网是采用抗水解聚酯单丝编织而成的经二重组织,经二重组织的最小结构单元由4根经线和6根纬线组成。经线单丝为矩形截面尺寸为0.31×0.56的聚酯扁丝,经线分为顶经3和底经4,纬线单丝为二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝相间排列构成,其中纬线1直径分别为0.42mm,纬线2的直径为0.40mm,其直径之比为1.05∶1,排列规律为1根大直径聚酯圆丝与2根小直径聚酯圆丝相间排列。大直径的纬线2的作用是将顶经与底经上下分开,小直径的纬线1是上下穿插分别连接顶经3与底经4。
实施例2:
本实施例中的经线由截面尺寸为0.42×0.85的聚酯扁丝构成,纬线由1根直径为0.60mm聚酯圆丝与2根直径为0.50mm聚酯圆丝相间排列构成,其直径之比为1.2∶1。其余结构同实施例1。
上述的2个实施例中的二种不同直径的纬线直径比应当在一个适当的范围内,使得扁丝干网达到一个稳定的结构,如果二者的直径差异过大容易影响扁丝干网结构的稳定性,影响扁丝干网的使用。

1.一种造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网,所述的干网是采用抗水解聚酯单丝编织而成的经二重组织,经线单丝为聚酯扁丝,纬线单丝分别由二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝组成,其特征在于,所述二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝的直径之比为1.04~1.5∶1,所述经二重组织的最小结构单元由4根经线和6根纬线组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网,其特征在于,所述聚酯扁丝截面为矩形,截面尺寸为0.41~0.43×0.84~0.86。
3.根据权利要求1所述的造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网,其特征在于,所述聚酯扁丝截面为矩形,截面尺寸为0.30~0.32×0.55~0.57。
4.根据权利要求1所述的造纸用高强度聚酯扁丝干网,其特征在于,所述二种不同直径的聚酯圆丝中,大直径聚酯圆丝与小直径聚酯圆丝的根数比为1∶2。
