一种造纸用无网痕二层半成形网由聚酯或者尼龙单丝长丝交织而成,其特征是表面为8综斜纹交织结构,底层为16综破缎纹编织,紧邻每根粗面纬线旁增设一根较细的聚酯单丝长丝作为支持纬线,与粗纬线一粗一细相间交织,底纬线采用大直径聚酯和尼龙长丝单丝,其耐磨浮线跨度达13根经线,耐磨量提高9%以上。本实用新型用作高速无网痕造纸机作成形网用,其优点是成纸面更平整光滑无网痕,纸纤维利用率高,底网耐磨,使用寿命长。

背景技术
现有的造纸用成形网统一用较粗表面纬线,使成纸工作面粗糙,网痕明显,纸浆中细短纸纤维托起率低,底网耐磨性差,不适宜用于高速造纸机生产高档薄型纸的需要。
发明内容
为了克服现有造纸用二层半成形网成纸表面粗糙、网痕明显、纸浆利用率低、耐磨性差等的不足,本实用新型提供一种造纸用无网痕二层半成形网,使之表面平整,成纸面无网痕,纸浆纤维利用率高,耐磨性好,使用寿命长。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种造纸用无网痕二层半成形网由聚酯或者尼龙单丝长丝交织而成,其表面为8综斜纹交织结构,底层为16综破缎纹编织,上述所述的成形网表面紧邻每根粗面纬线旁增设一根较细的聚酯单丝长丝作为支持纬线,与粗纬线一粗一细相间编织,上述所述的底纬线采用大直径的聚酯和尼龙长丝单丝,并延长底纬线的耐磨浮线编织跨度达13根经线,延长后的底纬线耐磨损量提高9%以上。
本实用新型的有益效果是面纬线一粗一细相间,增设的细纬线有效地补偿了只用粗纬线的凹凸不平造成纸面粗糙,网纹明显的缺陷,使成纸面更平整光滑,无网痕,并有效地托起和支持纸浆中的细短纤维,不使其流失,纸浆中纤维利用率提高,底纬线采用较粗线径的粗纬线与经线的大跨度交织结构,粗底纬线耐磨量提高,底网耐磨性好,使用寿命长。更适于在高速造纸机上生产无网痕高档薄型纸的需要。

具体实施方式
在图1图2中,本实用新型由聚酯或者尼龙单丝长丝交织而成,正面为8综斜纹交织结构,底面为16综破缎纹交织结构。图1是本实用新型由16根经线和48根纬线交织组成的最小单元循环织造组织造网纹图。黑格表示经线在上,纬线在下,白格表示纬线在上,经线在下。在图2中紧邻每根粗面纬线旁增设一根较细的聚酯单丝长丝作为支持纬线,与粗纬线一粗一细相间混合交织,底纬线采用大直径的聚酯和尼龙长丝单丝作纬线,并延长其耐磨浮线对经线的编织跨度达13根,延长编织跨度后的底纬线耐磨损量提高9%以上。图中曲线表示1-16根经线,圆点为与该顺序经线编织时的纬线横截面排列,圆点的大小表示纬线的粗细,圆点旁的数字1-48是纬线的编号顺序数。

1、一种造纸用无网痕二层半成形网由聚酯或者尼龙单丝长丝交织而成,其特征是表面为8综斜纹交织结构,底层为16综破缎纹编织。
2、根据权利要求1所述的造纸用无网二层半成形网,其特征是所述的面纬线中紧邻每根粗纬面线旁增设一根较细的聚酯单丝长丝作为支持纬线,与粗纬线一粗一细相间编织。
3、根据权利要求1所述的造纸用无网痕二层半成形网,其特征是底纬线采用大直径的聚酯和尼龙单丝长丝作纬线,并延长耐磨浮线对经线的编织跨度达13根,延长后底纬线的耐磨损量提高9%以上。
