背景技术
造纸成形网是造纸机湿部重要的成形和脱水材料,现有的造纸成形网虽然基本能完成纸页成形和脱水任务,但其不足之处是现有的造纸成形网面层凹凸不平、间隙大、纤维支撑指数不高,成表面网纹明显,使纸的纤维和留着率不高,纸页不易从网上剥离,不适应生产高档用纸的需要。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的造纸成形网成纸表面凹凸不平,成纸网纹明显,层间结合力薄弱和使用寿命较短等不足。本实用新型提供一种强韧自绑定聚酯成形网,使其成纸面平整,层间结合力牢固和机器层耐磨,使用寿命长。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:强韧自绑定聚酯成形网,采用20片综框由聚酯或尼龙单丝交织而成,其特征是20根聚酯单丝作为经线和60根聚酯或尼龙单丝作为纬线构成,成纸层和机器层中的纬线比率为2:1,机器层中采用6-综缎纹编织织法,使底纬的跨度增加、从而机器层的耐磨增强,运行性稳定。中间连接层中的一对纬线根数占总纬线根数的2/3,这对纸面起支撑和交织缝合,提高了层间的结合力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的强韧自绑定聚酯成形网,其特征是中间连接层中的一对纬线根数占总纬线根数的2/3,这对纸面起支撑和交织缝合,提高了层间的结合力。
