背景技术
随着经济的发展,造纸行业越来越受人们关注,造纸的同时,造纸网是必备的工具,但是网的编织方法不同、密度不同和使用的材料不同,就会引起造纸的效果不同,但是现在很多造纸网存在很多问题,编织不平整,编织的成型网不符合车速,由于干网与纸接触面的面积、数量和尺寸的限制,使得热传递效果不好,造成的纸容易和网粘结在一起,破坏纸成型,同时普通的网的耐磨性能不好,使用寿命短,不抗水解。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,避免造纸效率低,造纸成型率低,而提供了一种双经扁丝干网,本实用新型提高了干网的结实耐磨度,进一步帮助提高了造纸效率。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来实现的:一种双经扁丝干网,包括经线和纬线,所述的经线与纬线交错编织成双经网,所述的经线包括面层经线与底层经线,所述的面层经线与底层经线为两根扁丝成两排一列排布,所述的面层经线、底层经线循环交错于纬线中,所述的面层经线采用一下五上穿插法,所述的底层经线采用两上四下穿插法,所述的纬线包括粗纬线和细纬线,所述的粗纬线穿插于两排扁丝之间,所述的粗纬线与细纬线循环布置。

实施例1:如图1、图2、图3所示,一种双经扁丝干网,包括经线和纬线,所述的经线为抗水解聚酯材料的扁丝,所述的每根经线编织密度为20根/cm,所述的经线的线经为0.30×0.78mm;所述的经线与纬线交错编织成双经网,增加了网的结实度、耐磨度,所述的经线包括面层经线1与底层经线2,所述的面层经线与底层经线为两根扁丝成两排一列排布,所述的面层经线、底层经线循环交错于纬线中,所述的面层经线采用一下五上穿插法,所述的底层经线采用两上四下穿插法,面层经线和底层经线的结合,使编织后的干网纵向强度增大,抗拉性能更好,所述的纬线包括粗纬线4和细纬线3,所述的粗纬线为抗水解聚酯材料圆丝,细纬线为抗水解聚酯材料圆丝,所述的粗纬线的线经为∅ 0.60mm,细纬线线经为∅0.40mm,所述的粗纬线的编织密度为5根/cm,细纬线的编织密度为10根/cm,所述的粗纬线穿插于两排扁丝之间,所述的粗纬线与细纬线循环布置;本实用新型中扁丝和圆丝都采用的抗水解聚酯材料,脱水性能与烘干性能好,低透气,完全满足在造纸过程中的车速要求,不容易毁坏纸,而且粗纬与细纬结合,提高了耐摩擦性能,增加机械传递性,提高了成形网使用寿命,造纸过程不易损坏纸的成型率。
