本实用新型属于机动车附件的技术领域,尤其涉及一种载重车车载仪表的支架结构。
背景技术
目前载重车采用的是:在车厢下部与车梁之间安置有称重传感器,在车体上安置有与称重传感器相连的接线盒和称重仪表来对载重车的装载量进行随时监控,及时方便的称出载重车的装载量。
在这种情况下,如何将载重仪表固定在载重车上成为了一个需要解决的问题。现有的载仪表的支架存在以下的问题:因车载仪表的支架没有限位结构,所以在外力的作用下,支架和仪表会一起受迫振动, 仪表发生振动,就不容易看清仪表盘上指针所指示的数值,无法达到随时监控的目的;支架的转动角度太大,而车体内部的空间较小,很容易与车体内部的玻璃、仪表台或其他部件相撞。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有限位装置的载重车车载仪表的支架结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案: 一种载重车车载仪表的支架结构,包括底盘、固定架、旋转丝杆、球形轴体、限位杆和调节压板,所述底盘安装在仪表台上,所述固定架上放置有仪表,从上到下,所述固定架、旋转丝杆、球形轴体、限位杆依次连接,所述底盘上端设有限位槽,所述限位杆的一端定位于限位槽内,所述调节压板通过调节螺栓固定在限位槽的两侧,在调节压板与球形轴体接触的位置设有圆孔,所述圆孔的形状大小与球形轴体相匹配。
进一步,为了方便替换,节约材料,所述固定架和旋转丝杆采用螺栓连接,只需更换局部零件即可。
进一步,为了方便调整仪表至合适高度,所述旋转丝杆为可伸缩结构。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:1、可通过调节压板将球形轴体压紧,减小了固定架在外力的作用下发生的振动,能更好的读取仪表盘上指针所指示的数值。2、限位杆下设有限位槽,使摆动的角度受到限制,不易与车体内部的玻璃、仪表台或其他部件相撞。

具体实施方式   
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型一种载重车车载仪表的支架结构,包括底盘1、固定架2、旋转丝杆3、球形轴体4、限位杆5和调节压板7,所述底盘1安装在仪表台上,所述固定架2上放置有仪表,从上到下,所述固定架2、旋转丝杆3、球形轴体4、限位杆5依次连接,所述底盘1上端设有限位槽6,所述限位杆5的一端定位于限位槽6内,所述调节压板7通过调节螺栓固定在限位槽6的两侧,在调节压板7与球形轴体4接触的位置设有圆孔8,所述圆孔8的形状大小与球形轴体4相匹配。
在本实用新型中,为了方便替换,节约材料,所述固定架2和旋转丝杆3采用螺栓连接,只需更换局部零件即可;为了方便调整仪表至合适高度,所述旋转丝杆3为可伸缩结构。
在使用时,先把仪表安装在固定架2上,然后将限位杆5与限位槽6配合,待限位杆5调至合适角度后,再旋紧调节螺栓,使球形轴体4通过圆孔8卡死在两调节压板7之间,从而使限位杆5不能自由活动,达到稳固仪表的目的。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本实用新型的保护范围,这些都不会影响本实用新型实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种载重车车载仪表的支架结构,包括底盘和固定架,所述底盘安装在仪表台上,所述固定架上放置有仪表,其特征在于:还包括旋转丝杆、球形轴体、限位杆和调节压板,从上到下,所述固定架、旋转丝杆、球形轴体、限位杆依次连接,所述底盘上端设有限位槽,所述限位杆的一端定位于限位槽内,所述调节压板通过调节螺栓固定在限位槽的两侧,在调节压板与球形轴体接触的位置设有圆孔,所述圆孔的形状大小与球形轴体相匹配。
2.如权利要求1所述的载重车车载仪表的支架结构,其特征在于:所述固定架和旋转丝杆采用螺栓连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的载重车车载仪表的支架结构,其特征在于:所述旋转丝杆为可伸缩结构。
