技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于曲轴的连杆保护装置。
背景技术
通常情况下曲轴里的连杆会出现左右摆动，但是摆动幅度不能太大，不仅会松脱，甚至发生危险，因此需要限制连杆摆动幅度的保护装置，但是现有的保护装置强度低，生产成本高且容易损伤连杆。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决上述存在的问题，提供一种用于曲轴的连杆保护装置，解决普通连杆没有保护装置或者保护装置生产成本高且容易损伤连杆的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种用于曲轴的连杆保护装置，包括筒状底座、固定杆和连接杆，底座侧壁上开设有两个相对应的螺孔，连接杆上端开设有用于套在连杆上的第一通孔，连接杆下端开设有用于与底座活动连接的第二通孔，底座和连接杆通过固定杆插入螺孔和第二通孔活动连接，螺孔内卡接有用于防止固定杆脱落的卡环。
连接杆外表面涂覆有耐磨保护层。
底座内壁近开口端固定连接有缓冲层。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明的用于曲轴的连杆保护装置底座和连接杆通过固定杆插入螺孔和第二通孔活动连接，大大提升连杆的安全性，降低保护装置的生产成本。

如图1和图2所示的一种用于曲轴的连杆保护装置，包括筒状底座1、固定杆2和连接杆3，底座1侧壁上开设有两个相对应的螺孔4，连接杆3上端开设有用于套在连杆上的第一通孔5，连接杆3下端开设有用于与底座1活动连接的第二通孔6，底座1和连接杆3通过固定杆2插入螺孔4和第二通孔6活动连接，螺孔4内卡接有用于防止固定杆2脱落的卡环7。
连接杆3外表面涂覆有耐磨保护层。
底座1内壁近开口端固定连接有缓冲层。

1.一种用于曲轴的连杆保护装置，包括筒状底座（1）、固定杆（2）和连接杆（3），其特征是：所述的底座（1）的侧壁上开设有两个相对应的螺孔（4），所述的连接杆（3）的上端开设有用于套在连杆上的第一通孔（5），连接杆（3）的下端开设有用于与所述底座（1）活动连接的第二通孔（6），所述的底座（1）和连接杆（3）通过固定杆（2）插入螺孔（4）和第二通孔（6）而活动连接，所述的螺孔（4）内卡接有用于防止固定杆（2）脱落的卡环（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于曲轴的连杆保护装置，其特征是：所述的连接杆（3）的外表面涂覆有耐磨保护层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于曲轴的连杆保护装置，其特征是：所述的底座（1）的内壁近开口端固定连接有缓冲层。
