本实用新型是一种大截面超薄型材模具。主要由上模和下模通过销钉和螺丝相互固定成一体,所述上模进料端开有若干个分流孔、分流桥设置于分流孔两端,所述分流桥设有一级分流、二级分流;所述分流孔内侧设置有阻流包;所述下模加工有与上模相对应的焊合室,所述焊合室设有一级焊合室,二级预成型室;所述二级预成型室低于一级焊合室。本实用新型具有使用寿命长,提高生产效率且质量稳定的大截面超薄型材模具。

大截面超薄型材模具
一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种模具,具体涉及一种生产挤压型材所使用的大截面超薄型材挤压模具。 
二、背景技术:目前采用的大截面超薄型材挤压模具在生产过程中存在损耗大,成品率低的情况,模具的损坏率较高,不但增加了生产成本且误了生产效率,同时,在挤压生产时,铝合金分配不均匀,不能填充到各个角度上,造成成品率低下,从而不得采用更大规格模具尺寸,进而增加生产成本。 
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是解决上述不足,提供一种具有使用寿命长,提高生产效率且质量稳定的二级预成型的大截面超薄型材模具。 
本实用新型主要由上模和下模组成,所述上模和下模通过销钉和螺丝相互固定成一体,所述上模进料端开有4-6个分流孔、分流桥设置于分流孔两端,所述分流桥设有一级分流、二级分流;所述分流孔内侧设置有阻流包;所述下模加工有与上模相对应的焊合室,所述焊合室设有一级焊合室,二级预成型室;所述二级预成型室低于一级焊合室。 
所述二级预成型室的设置形状与大截面型材截面形状相对应。 
本实用新与现有技术相比有如下述特点: 
①由于分流桥有二级分流作用下,使得铝合金向两端均匀填充,同时降低挤压阻力,提高模具使用寿命。 
②由于分流孔内侧设置有阻流包,使得铝合金向两端边角,流动均匀供铝更充分。 
③由于焊合室采用了二级预成型室,提高薄壁型材力学性能,使二级预成型室铝合金压力分布均匀,提高了薄壁型材的质量稳定性。

五、具体实施方式:
参见图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型由上模1、下模2构成。上模1和下模2通过销钉10和螺丝9相互固定成一体;所述上模1开有如图二中所示的四个分流孔7,分流孔7内设置有一级分流3、二级分流4,分流孔内侧设置有阻流包8;所述下模2与上模1的出料端对应处开有焊合室5,所述焊合室5开有二级预成型室6,二级预成型室6低于焊合室5。

1.一种大截面超薄型材模具,主要由上模和下模通过销钉和螺丝相互固定成一体,其特征在于:上模进料端开有4-6个分流孔、分流桥设置于分流孔两端,所述分流桥设有一级分流、二级分流;所述分流孔内侧设置有阻流包;所述下模加工有与上模相对应的焊合室,所述焊合室设有一级焊合室,二级预成型室;所述二级预成型室低于一级焊合室;所述二级预成型室的设置形状与大截面型材截面形状相对应。
