Abstract
一种汽车碳罐焊接装置,包括由水平振动单元和可变压力单元构成的振动摩擦焊机和碳罐胎具,水平振动单元位于振动摩擦焊机上部,包括振动器、弹簧组、左磁铁和右磁铁,振动器在电流和左、右磁铁的作用下能产生水平方向的左右高频振动。可变压力单元位于水平振动单元下部,包括液压系统、托架和左右导柱,液压系统下端固定于焊机底座,上端与托架连接,在液压系统的推动下托架能沿左右导柱上下升降运动;上胎具安装在振动器的底面,下胎具安装在可变压力单元之托架的顶面,上下胎具的中轴线对正重合。该机通过线性振动所产生的位移摩擦热将产品焊接到一起,不会产生熔融塑料拉丝和热分解,整个焊接过程的控制精确,操作方便,焊接合格率和效率高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车零部件的焊接装置,特别是一种汽车碳罐焊接装置。
背景技术
焊接工序为碳罐制造必不可少的工序,由于碳罐气密性要求高,焊接的质量直接决定了成品合格与否,因此焊接是决定碳罐最终质量的关键工序。汽车碳罐一般用塑料制成,传统的焊接方法采用热板焊接,即将碳罐壳体的端面和端盖的接触面用热板同时加热,使塑料表面呈熔融(发粘)状态,然后撤离热板,用一定的压力压合,直到熔融部分冷却,两个零件彼此牢固连接。用热板焊接存在以下不足:1、加工周期长、效率低,且容易产生焊接面溢料和局部虚焊,产品合格率低;2、容易使熔融塑料拉丝、导致热分解;3、能耗高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种自动化生产、灌装效率高的一种汽车碳罐焊接装置以克服已有技术所存在的上述不足。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种汽车碳罐焊接装置,所述焊接装置包括振动摩擦焊机和碳罐胎具,所述振动摩擦焊机包括水平振动单元和可变压力单元,水平振动单元位于振动摩擦焊机上部,包括安装在弹簧组下的振动器、左磁铁和右磁铁,左、右磁铁安装在振动摩擦焊机两边的机架上,振动器的左右端分别与左、右磁铁相对,振动器在电流和左、右磁铁的作用下能产生水平方向的左右高频振动;
可变压力单元位于水平振动单元下部,包括液压系统、托架和左右导柱,托架水平设置,液压系统的下端固定于焊机底座,其活塞端与托架底面连接,在液压系统推动下托架能沿左右导柱上下升降运动。
所述碳罐胎具包括上胎具和下胎具,上胎具安装在振动器的底面,下胎具安装在可变压力单元之托架的顶面,每套胎具之上下胎具的中轴线对正重合。
其进一步的技术方案是:所述上胎具通过上胎具固定板与振动器固定连接,所述下胎具通过下胎具辅助固定板和下胎具固定板与托架固定连接。
所述下胎具辅助固定板通过调节螺栓与下胎具固定板连接固定,通过调整调节螺栓可以使下胎具辅助固定板沿下胎具固定板平面前后左右移动。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型之一种汽车碳罐焊接装置具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本实用新型之一种汽车碳罐焊接装置采用振动摩擦焊接机进行焊接,该机是在施加压力的状态下将线性振动能传递到碳罐的焊接面(壳体和端盖的接触面),通过所产生的位移摩擦热将产品完整地焊接到一起,不会产生熔融塑料拉丝、热分解的问题,可较好的克服虚焊导致残次品率高的问题,将一次性合格率提升15%。
2、由于振动摩擦焊为全自动,可以将生产效率提升100%。
3、本实用新型之一种汽车碳罐焊接装置设有专用的上胎具和下胎具,将端盖和罐体装进胎具后其相对位置即可固定,而下胎具辅助固定板通过调节螺栓与下胎具固定板连接固定,再通过调整调节螺栓,通过下胎具辅助固定板沿下胎具固定板平面前后左右移动,进一步微调端盖和罐体的焊合位置,因而可确保端盖与罐体焊合部位的精确,可变压力单元按设定的熔接深度向上运动,整个焊接过程的控制精确,操作方便。
4、与原有热板焊接相比,本焊接装置能耗大大降低。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种汽车碳罐焊接装置,包括振动摩擦焊机Ⅰ和碳罐胎具Ⅱ,所述振动摩擦焊机Ⅰ包括水平振动单元和可变压力单元,水平振动单元位于振动摩擦焊机上部,包括安装在弹簧组10下的振动器1、左磁铁11和右磁铁2,左、右磁铁安装在振动摩擦焊机两边的机架上,振动器1的左右端分别与左、右磁铁相对,振动器在电流和左、右磁铁的作用下能产生水平方向的左右高频振动;
所述可变压力单元位于水平振动单元下部,包括液压系统8、托架15和左右导柱9,托架15水平设置,左右导柱9分别固定在振动摩擦焊机两边的机架上,液压系统8的下端固定于焊机底座,其活塞端与托架15底面连接,在液压系统8的推动下托架15能沿左右导柱上下升降运动。
所述碳罐胎具包括一套上胎具4和下胎具5,上胎具4安装在振动器1的底面,下胎具5安装在可变压力单元之托架15的顶面,上下胎具的中轴线对正重合。
所述上胎具4通过上胎具固定板3与振动器1固定连接,所述下胎具5通过下胎具辅助固定板6和下胎具固定板7与托架15固定连接。
所述下胎具辅助固定板6通过调节螺栓14与下胎具固定板7连接固定,通过调整调节螺栓可以使下胎具辅助固定板沿下胎具固定板平面前后左右移动,以准确调整安装在下胎具上的碳罐壳体与端盖的焊合部位。
实施例二:
一种汽车碳罐焊接装置,其基本结构与实施例一相同:即包括振动摩擦焊机Ⅰ和碳罐胎具Ⅱ:所述振动摩擦焊机Ⅰ包括水平振动单元和可变压力单元,水平振动单元位于振动摩擦焊机上部,包括振动器1、左磁铁11和右磁铁2,左、右磁铁安装在振动摩擦焊机两边的机架上,振动器1安装在振动摩擦焊机中间,其左右端分别与左、右磁铁相对,振动器1在电流和左、右磁铁的作用下产生左右振动。
所述可变压力单元位于水平振动单元下部,包括液压系统8、托架15和左右导柱9,托架15水平设置,左右导柱9分别固定在振动摩擦焊机两边的机架上,液压系统8下端固定于焊机底座,上端与托架15底面连接,在液压系统8的推动下托架15能沿左右导柱上下升降运动。
所不同的是:本实施例设置两套碳罐胎具,即有两个上胎具安装在振动器1的底面,与之对应有两个下胎具安装在托架15的顶面,两套上下胎具的中轴线分别对正重合。
实施例二为本实用新型较佳的实施方案之一,在实际应用中,可根据需要在一个振动摩擦焊机中配置多于两套的胎具。
工作流程:
1、根据碳罐的材料及熔接深度设置好振动摩擦焊接设备的参数:设定振动摩擦焊接机熔接深度为1.1mm,压力为1100kg.f,振幅为1.5mm,冷却时间为5.0sec;
2、将碳罐壳体放入下胎具;
3、将碳罐端盖放入上胎具,调整调节螺栓使碳罐壳体与端盖焊合部位对正(初次焊接);
4、关闭安全门,启动振动摩擦焊接机;工作时振动器1在电流和左、右磁铁的作用下在水平方向产生左右振动(附图中A-A所示方向),而可变压力单元之托架按设定的熔接深度和压力向上移动并加压(附图中B向),完成焊接;
5、冷却后取出焊接好的碳罐成品。

1.一种汽车碳罐焊接装置,其特征在于:所述焊接装置包括振动摩擦焊机(Ⅰ)和碳罐胎具(Ⅱ),所述振动摩擦焊机(Ⅰ)包括水平振动单元和可变压力单元,水平振动单元位于振动摩擦焊机上部,包括安装在弹簧组(10)下的振动器(1)、左磁铁(11)和右磁铁(2),左、右磁铁安装在振动摩擦焊机两边的机架上,振动器(1)的左右端分别与左、右磁铁相对,振动器在电流和左、右磁铁的作用下能产生水平方向的左右高频振动;
所述可变压力单元位于水平振动单元下部,包括液压系统(8)、托架(15)和左右导柱(9),托架(15)水平设置,液压系统(8)的下端固定于焊机底座,其活塞端与托架(15)连接,在液压系统的推动下托架能沿左右导柱上下升降运动;
所述碳罐胎具包括上胎具(4)和下胎具(5),上胎具(4)安装在振动器(1)的底面,下胎具(5)安装在托架(15)的顶面,每套胎具之上下胎具的中轴线对正重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车碳罐焊接装置,其特征在于:所述上胎具(4)通过上胎具固定板(3)与振动器(1)固定连接,所述下胎具(5)通过下胎具辅助固定板(6)和下胎具固定板(7)与托架(15)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车碳罐焊接装置,其特征在于:所述下胎具辅助固定板(6)通过调节螺栓(14)与下胎具固定板(7)连接固定,通过调整调节螺栓可以使下胎具辅助固定板(6)沿下胎具固定板(7)平面前后左右移动。
