Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种汽车座底座角度调节结构,它包括汽车座底座、与汽车座底座相可转动地连接的角度座,角度座至少具有两个工作位置,在第一工作位置下,角度座相对汽车座底座收拢,在第二工作位置下,角度座相对汽车座底座展开并在汽车座底座的下方构成支撑。由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型汽车座底座角度调节结构通过在汽车座底座下方增加角度座,当调节支撑件旋转至一定位置时将汽车座底座的边缘从汽车的座椅上抬高,从而达到调节整个汽车座底座角度的目的,设计合理,结构简单,便于生产加工。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车座底座角度调节结构。
背景技术
一般汽车座椅和安全带是专门为成人设计的,当身材和成人相差很大的儿童在使用普通安全带时,会是丝毫起不到保护作用的,甚至在车祸发生时,还会因为此种原因造成儿童致命的腰部挤伤和脖子、脸颊等处的压伤。因此,儿童乘坐汽车时应使用儿童汽车安全座椅,儿童汽车座是一种系于汽车座位上,有束缚设备,仅供儿童乘坐并能在发生车祸时,束缚着儿童以保障儿童安全的座椅。不同年龄段的儿童应选用不同的儿童汽车座,通常年龄在1周岁以下,体重不超过9公斤的婴儿适用面朝后安装的婴儿专用座椅或者可转换方向(面朝前和面朝后)的婴幼儿两用型座椅。
现有的婴儿汽车座通常靠汽车安全带固定,安装前后无法调节汽车座的角度,当座椅内的婴儿姿势不舒服时也无法调节,非常不方便。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车座底座角度调节结构,可以通过对增高座单独操作来调整座位方向。
为了达到以上目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种汽车座底座角度调节结构,它包括汽车座底座、与汽车座底座相可转动地连接的角度座,角度座至少具有两个工作位置,在第一工作位置下,角度座相对汽车座底座收拢,在第二工作位置下,角度座相对汽车座底座展开并在汽车座底座的下方构成支撑。
进一步地,汽车座底座下面设有第一连接部,角度座上设有与第一连接部相配合的第二连接部。
进一步地,汽车座底座设有限制角度座旋转角度的限位部,在角度座上可选地设有与限位部相配合一限位部。
优选地,角度座上设有加强其强度的延伸的筋板。
优选地,汽车座底座和角度座通过一转轴相连接,该转轴的轴线沿与汽车座底座的宽度平行方向延伸。
更优地,第一连接部为设置在汽车座底座下方的插销孔,第二连接部包括设在角度座上的延伸臂以及设置在该延伸臂上的与插销孔相配合插接的插销。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型汽车座底座角度调节结构通过在汽车座底座下方增加角度座,当调节支撑件旋转至一定位置时将汽车座底座的边缘从汽车的座椅上抬高,从而达到调节整个汽车座底座角度的目的,设计合理,结构简单,便于生产加工。

具体实施方式
本实施例中通过本实用新型汽车座底座角度调节结构设计增加可相对旋转的角度座,结构简单,易于操作。
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
从附图1至附图5汽车座底座角度调节结构的结构示意图可以看出,本实用新型提供了一种汽车座底座角度调节结构,它包括汽车座底座10、与汽车座底座10相可转动地连接的角度座20,角度座20位于汽车座底座10的下方,汽车座底座10下面设有第一连接部21,角度座20上设有与第一连接部11相配合的第二连接部21,汽车座底座10设有限制角度座20旋转角度的限位部12,角度座20上设有加强其强度的延伸的筋板22。角度座20至少具有两个工作位置,在第一工作位置下,角度座20相对汽车座底座10收拢,在第二工作位置下,角度座20相对汽车座底座10展开并在汽车座底座10的下方构成支撑。
本实施例中的汽车座底座10为一次成型的塑料件,可以为目前应用较广的聚丙烯材料,也可以选用其他塑料材料制作。第一连接部11,如图2所示,为位于汽车座底座10下方的向下延伸的插销座111,在插销座111的左右两侧设有插销孔112,该插销112的轴线沿与汽车座底座10的宽度平行方向延伸,插销112与以下将要叙述的插销212相配合将角度座20与汽车座底座10连接在一起。该插销孔112可以与汽车座底座10一次成型,也可以在后续生产中再加工。插销孔可设计为通孔,也可设计为盲孔或凹槽。
本实施例中的汽车座底座10同样为一次成型的塑料件,可以为聚丙烯材料或其他塑料材料制作。角度座20可根据实际整体结构设计成所需的形状,如附图5所示实施例中的角度座20设计为矩形的本体,在矩形本体201上设有与第一连接部11相配合的第二连接部21,该第二连接部为平行且对称的设在矩形本体201同一侧面的一对延伸臂211,在该延伸臂211相对的侧面设有向外延伸的圆形凸起,该圆形凸起即为插销212,插销212的尺寸与插销孔112相配合。安装时,插销座111位于两个延伸臂211中间的凹陷部位,两延伸臂211的间距与插销座111的宽度相配合,可依靠角度座20材料自身的弹性将两延伸臂211掰开一定角度,使插销212插入插销孔112,当撤消外力,角度座20由于材料自身的回复力恢复原形,角度座20与插销座111不会脱落。这样,角度座20就可以以圆形的插销212为轴转动。当不需要调节角度时,角度座20位于汽车座底座10内部,当需要调节角度,即可转动角度座20,使其转出汽车座底座10,这样角度座20就会将汽车座底座10的边缘抬起一定高度,从而达到调节整体角度的目的。附图1和附图2即角度座20转出汽车座底座10的状态。需要补充说明的是,两个延伸臂211之间的距离略大于插销座111的宽度,并且插销212到矩形本体201的距离略大于插销孔112到插销座111下边缘的距离,以确保角度座20在转动时不会与插销座111产生干涉。另外,插销孔112可以设计为圆形,但优选地设计为如附图3所示的形状,可以给插销212提供径向移动的余地以应对在旋转时施加给角度座20的力。
如附图1和附图2所示,汽车座底座10的下方边缘设有挡板12,该挡板12即为前面所述的限制角度座20旋转角度的限位部。当角度座20旋转至挡板10位置,当不需要调节角度时,角度座20可以完全位于挡板12以内,不会超出挡板12。本实施例中的挡板12与汽车座底座10一次成型,同时还在角度座20不转出的状态下起到支撑汽车座底座10的作用,该挡板12也可以单独成型,后续再与汽车座底座10安装在一起。需要说明的是,限位部12并不局限与挡板一种结构,也可以设计为其他的结构,比如在插销212处的可以锁定其旋转角度的装置,或者位于角度座20后方的支架,当角度座转出汽车座底座10后可调节该支架将角度座20支撑住使其不能再转动,这里不再一一举例。也可以在角度座20上设计与限位部12相配合的限位结构,比如在角度座20上设计卡槽,使其可以与限位部12卡接,以使结构更稳固。如附图5所示,延伸臂211的具有弧形的顶面213,以使角度座20在旋转时,延伸臂211与挡板12不会产生干涉。
如附图5所示,本实施例的角度座10设计为一壳体以节省材料,为了加强其结构,在其矩形本体201的内部设有筋板22,筋板22的数量、间距、厚度以及排布位置均可根据实际情况而定,如果需要,筋板22还可以设置在延伸臂211内。为了加强强度,如果不考虑到生产成本,角度座10也可设计一实体。在角度座20上还设有一通孔23,在需要转动角度座20时,可将手伸入通孔内,方便使用者拉动角度座20,该通孔也可为凹槽或手柄。
如附图1、附图2以及附图4所示,在角度座20转出汽车座底座10的状态时,其第一面25与汽车座椅相接触,在角度座20位于汽车座底座10内的状态时,角度座20的第二面26与汽车座椅相接触,因此第一面25和第二面26需具有光滑的表面,以使其不会刮伤汽车座椅。角度座20还设有沿第二面26延伸的凸起24,凸起24起到支撑的作用,以使角度座20在使用时立在汽车座椅上更牢固。

Claims (6)
1.一种汽车座底座角度调节结构,其特征在于:它包括汽车座底座(10)、与所述汽车座底座(10)相可转动地连接的角度座(20),所述的角度座(20)至少具有两个工作位置,在第一工作位置下,所述角度座(20)相对所述汽车座底座(10)收拢,在第二工作位置下,所述角度座(20)相对所述汽车座底座(10)展开并在所述汽车座底座(10)的下方构成支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座底座角度调节结构,其特征在于:所述的汽车座底座(10)下面设有第一连接部(11),所述的角度座(20)上设有与第一连接部(11)相配合连接的第二连接部(21)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座底座角度调节结构,其特征在于:所述的汽车座底座(10)上设有限制角度座(20)旋转角度的限位部(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车座底座角度调节结构,其特征在于:所述的角度座(20)上设有加强其强度的延伸的筋板(22)。
5.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的汽车座底座角度调节结构,其特征在于:所述的汽车座底座(10)和所述角度座(20)通过一转轴相连接,该转轴的轴线沿与所述汽车座底座(10)的宽度平行方向延伸。
6.根据权利要求1-4之一所述的汽车座底座角度调节结构,其特征在于:所述的第一连接部(11)为设置在所述汽车座底座(10)下方的插销孔(112),所述的第二连接部(21)包括设在所述角度座(20)上的延伸臂(211)以及设置在该延伸臂(211)上的与所述插销孔(112)相配合插接的插销(212)。
