技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种气垫船用离心风机,尤其是无蜗壳风机结构。 
背景技术:
离心风机有较好的风压、风量匹配。因此气垫船产生垫升压力的风机,通常多采用离心风机。但常规离心风机多有制造材料为钢、铝或玻璃钢的,体型大、结构重量大的蜗壳,不能满足高性能气垫船要求。 
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种无蜗壳结构的离心风机,改进克服上述背景技术之不足。 
本实用新型提供的无蜗壳离心风机,风机叶轮1通过叶轮轴6、风机轴支架7安装在风道2进风口内,和进风口导流圈3密合。当叶轮高速旋转吸入空气,经加速、增压,直接扩散到风道内,并传输到气垫船船底4与气囊5之间的空间,形成垫升气垫。这样的气流流道直接、短小,传输效率高。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构重量轻,结构强度高,传输效率高、节能。

如图所示,气垫船用直径400mm无蜗壳风机。风机叶轮1是碳纤维玻璃钢制造的,通过风机轴6风机轴支架7安装在风道2进风口内,和进风口导流圈3密合。当叶轮高速旋转吸入空气,经加速、增压,直接扩散到风道内,并传输到气垫船船底4与气囊5之间的空间,形成垫升气垫。这样的气流流道直接、短小,传输效率高。
