技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种气垫船用离心风机,尤其是碳纤维玻璃钢风机叶轮。 
背景技术:
离心风机有较好的风压、风量匹配。因此气垫船产生垫升压力的风机,通常多采用离心风机。但常规离心风机叶轮制造材料为钢、铝或玻璃钢,体型大、结构重量大、风机能耗高,不能满足高性能气垫船要求。 
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新材料、新结构风机叶轮,改进克服上述背景技术之不足。 
如图3所示,本实用新型提供的风机叶轮是碳纤维玻璃钢制造的,叶片2是空心翼型,套装在下叶轮盘1和上叶轮盘3的凸台上。整体采用胶接结构。装配与胶接是在夹具中进行。由夹具保证叶轮精度。为加强连接强度在每一个叶片中加设一个长螺杆4,将上、下叶轮盘及叶片连接在一起。叶片数量6-12片。本实用新型的有益效果是:结构重量轻,结构强度高。风机节能。

具体实施方式:
如图3所示,气垫船用直径400mm碳纤维玻璃钢离心风机叶轮,首先在成型模上,糊制碳纤维玻璃钢空心叶片、带凸台的上轮盘、带凸台的下轮盘。再在装配夹具上将叶片2套装在下叶轮盘1和上叶轮盘3的凸台上。为加强连接强度在每一个叶片中加设一个长螺杆4,将上、下叶轮盘及叶片连接在一起。整体采用胶接结构。由夹具保证叶轮精度。 

Claims (2)

1.气垫船用碳纤维玻璃钢离心风机叶轮,其特征是空心翼型叶片(2)套装在下叶轮盘(1)、上叶轮盘(3)的凸台上,并胶接在一起,在每一个叶片中加设一个长螺杆(4)以加强连接强度。
2.根据权利要求1的气垫船用碳纤维玻璃钢离心风机叶轮,其特征是叶片数量为6-12片。
