技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种输送散装物料时用的吸嘴。
背景技术
常用的散装物料吸嘴，是一种单层的旋转直管吸嘴。工作时，散装物料与空气混合吸入，当物料品种、粗细、湿润状态不同的时候，会因空气吸入量不足而出现堵塞现象；碰到结块的物料时，也会产生吸取困难。因此需要随时人工搅动，增加操作手续，影响工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，是要提供一种有补风口和搅动叶片的散装物料吸嘴。
本实用新型的技方案是：由吸管、电动机、减速机和回转支撑所组成的吸料装置中，在回转支撑下面通过支架装有搅动叶片，在吸嘴的直管段，由内管和外管组成一个封底的双层吸管，内管底部有补风口。
本实用新型有旋转叶片搅动物料，能通过双层吸管、补风口向吸嘴内补风，避免了物料堵塞、结块对吸料的阻碍，减少了操作手续，提高了工作效率。

参照附图，由吸管1、电动机2、减速机3和回转支撑4组成的吸料装置，在回转支撑下面通过支架5安装叶片8。在吸嘴的直管段，由内管6和外管7组成封底的双层吸管，内管底部有补风口9。
