在多种工业生产领域中需要使用配料罐，配料罐又名搅拌罐或配料桶，具有可加热自动控温、保温、搅拌功能，传热快、适应温差大、清洗方便等优点。在配料罐内配制一些浓稠的液体时，一般的配料罐罐体内外的压力一样，物料不易从罐体内排出或排料缓慢。

一种配料罐，包括罐体等，所述罐体顶端设有进料口、人孔和进气口，所述进气口接有通气管道，罐体内设有搅拌装置，所述搅拌装置包括转轴和搅拌叶片，罐体顶端固定有电机，搅拌装置联接到电机上，在罐体内底端设有转轴固定底座，所述转轴下端插入转轴固定底座内，在罐体底部还设有出料口，罐体下固定有支腿，在罐体下方设有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆穿过罐体底部伸入罐体内部，活塞杆顶部设有爪形耙子。

本实用新型结构简单，浓稠液体内阻力较大，搅拌装置的转轴上下两端均被固定，保持搅拌装置的稳定性，使搅拌装置不易损坏，向罐体内通入惰性气体，增大罐体内压力，且出料口设有活动的爪形耙子，使罐内物料容易排出，加快生产效率。
