发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种简单实用、使用效果好的一种制药、化工、食品用物料混合机，其技术方案为：进料筒经吸料管与混料筒相连接，混料筒正下方设有出料筒，混料筒装设在机架上，机架设有转轴，真空管一端连接混料筒，另一端通过真空表连接净化罐，净化罐连接真空泵，真空泵连接电机。
采用上述结构后，由于设计合理实用，使用起来方便快捷，且混合效果好，解决了粉尘飞扬的问题，提高了产品质量，适合普遍推广使用。

如图所示，一种制药、化工、食品用物料混合机，主要由进料筒1、吸料管2、机架3、混料筒4、出料筒5、真空管6、净化罐7、真空表8、真空泵9和电机10构成；进料筒1经吸料管2与混料筒4相连接，混料筒4正下方设有出料筒5，混料筒4装设在机架3上，机架3设有转轴，真空管6一端连接混料筒4，另一端通过真空表8连接净化罐7，净化罐7连接真空泵9，真空泵9连接电机10。
本实用新型采用V形混料筒结构，被混合的物料随混料筒转动，即可产生高效混料；采用真空吸料，解决了粉尘飞扬的问题；采用净化罐保证有足够的负压，还可在吸料工作程序中截留物料微粒。
