发明内容
  针对以上技术缺陷,本实用新型提供一种用糯米面与土豆泥混合的味道鲜美并具有健胃消化等功效的鲜虾饼。
本实用新型是夹层虾饼,由两层糯米面卷、土豆泥、整个虾仁组成的;将土豆泥平铺于糯米面卷上,然后将一整个虾仁嵌入土豆泥层中,带有虾仁的土豆泥层夹于两层糯米面卷之间。
采用上述方案后,与现有技术相比有以下有益效果:
整个虾饼表面层为糯米面层,与其他材料比有弹性,口感更加并且易消化,有提神解乏、健胃消化,促进血液循环、润肤的功效;在糯米面层中间铺土豆泥,口感清淡,能避免产生油腻的感觉。所述的虾仁镶嵌在土豆泥层中。
