背景技术
现有的调心滚子轴承都无法满足砼车的高强度需要,使用寿命较短,其原因是,现有的调心滚子轴承由于其内圈和外圈之间相对移动的方向较多、移动幅度较大,因此,难以实现有效密封,一方面,外界灰尘、污物易侵入轴承内,使轴承内部短时间内磨损严重,另一方面,易使轴承内润滑油流失,从而缩短轴承使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种砼车专用恒径密封单列轴向推力紧密式调心滚子轴承,它装有密封性能良好密封装置,使用寿命更长,可解决现有调心滚子轴承存在的问题。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:砼车专用恒径密封单列轴向推力紧密式调心滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈和单列滚子,内圈的外周设置第一密封凸台,外圈的外周设置第二密封凸台,第二密封凸台与第一密封凸台内外对应,第二密封凸台和第一密封凸台之间安装密封圈,密封圈的外侧与第二密封凸台固定连接,密封圈的内侧设置内密封唇和外密封唇;第一密封凸台的外表面是球面,球面的球心与外圈内表面的球心同心,球面分别与内密封唇和外密封唇接触密封;第二密封凸台、第一密封凸台和密封圈连接构成密封装置。
为了进一步实现本实用新型的目的,还可以采用以下技术方案:滚子靠近密封圈的一端是前端,远离密封圈的一端是后端,滚子相对于外圈的中轴线方向倾斜,即滚子的前端至内圈中轴线的距离小于滚子的后端至内圈中轴线的距离。内圈的轴线与第一密封凸台的中轴线的夹角是α,5<α<45度。
本实用新型的优点在于:它设有密封装置,该密封装置无论轴承的内圈外圈之间相互发生何种运动,都可确保良好的密封效果,能有效防止外界灰尘、污物侵入轴承内,并防止漏油,延长轴承的使用寿命。另外,其滚子是倾斜设置,可大幅提高所述轴承的轴向受力能力,足以承受砼车刹车时作用于轴承上的巨大轴向冲击力。本实用新型还具有结构简洁紧凑、制造成本低廉的优点。

本实用新型所述的砼车专用恒径密封单列轴向推力紧密式调心滚子轴承,包括外圈1、内圈4和单列滚子3,内圈4的外周设置第一密封凸台7,外圈1的外周设置第二密封凸台9,第二密封凸台9与第一密封凸台7内外对应,第二密封凸台9和第一密封凸台7之间安装密封圈2,密封圈2的外侧与第二密封凸台9固定连接,密封圈2的内侧设置内密封唇5和外密封唇6;第一密封凸台7的外表面是球面8,球面8的球心与外圈1内表面的球心为同一球心o,球面8分别与内密封唇5和外密封唇6接触密封,内密封唇5主要防止漏油,称为防漏唇,外密封唇6主要防止外界灰尘侵入,称为防尘唇。由内密封唇5和外密封唇6构成接触式双唇密封结构,可大幅提高密封效果;第二密封凸台9、第一密封凸台7和密封圈2连接构成密封装置。所述的砼车专用恒径密封单列轴向推力紧密式调心滚子轴承无须安装保持架,可增加轴承内滚子3的个数,提高轴承的性能。
通常本实用新型所述的砼车专用恒径密封单列轴向推力紧密式调心滚子轴承安装于砼车搅拌罐的减速器上使用,适合其转轴既需转动,又会发生摆动的需要,延长砼车搅拌罐减速器的使用寿命。当内圈4相对外圈1摆动时,由于球面8的球心与外圈1内表面的球心同心,球面8的转动半径恒定,因此,可使球面8始终与内密封唇5和外密封唇6紧密接触,确保密封良好。
如图1所示,滚子3靠近密封圈2的一端是前端,远离密封圈2的一端是后端。滚子3相对于外圈1的中轴线方向倾斜,即滚子3的前端至内圈4中轴线的距离小于滚子3的后端至内圈4中轴线的距离。当砼车刹车时,如图1所示,砼车的搅拌罐会带动内圈4相对外圈1向左移动,由于滚子3相对于外圈1的中轴线方向倾斜,因此,滚子3与外圈1配合可承受内圈4带来的巨大轴向冲击力,避免轴承损坏。
经大量实验得知,内圈4的轴线与第一密封凸台7的中轴线的夹角是α,当5<α<45度,所述轴承的承受轴向冲击力的能力较强,使用效果最佳。
本实用新型所述的砼车专用恒径密封单列轴向推力紧密式调心滚子轴承也可在其他既需转动,又需摆动的机构上使用。

1.砼车专用恒径密封单列轴向推力紧密式调心滚子轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(4)和单列滚子(3),其特征在于:内圈(4)的外周设置第一密封凸台(7),外圈(1)的外周设置第二密封凸台(9),第二密封凸台(9)与第一密封凸台(7)内外对应,第二密封凸台(9)和第一密封凸台(7)之间安装密封圈(2),密封圈(2)的外侧与第二密封凸台(9)固定连接,密封圈(2)的内侧设置内密封唇(5)和外密封唇(6);第一密封凸台(7)的外表面是球面(8),球面(8)的球心与外圈(1)内表面的球心同心,球面(8)分别与内密封唇(5)和外密封唇(6)接触密封;第二密封凸台(9)、第一密封凸台(7)和密封圈(2)连接构成密封装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砼车专用恒径密封单列轴向推力紧密式调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:滚子(3)靠近密封圈(2)的一端是前端,远离密封圈(2)的一端是后端,滚子(3)相对于外圈(1)的中轴线方向倾斜,即滚子(3)的前端至内圈(4)中轴线的距离小于滚子(3)的后端至内圈(4)中轴线的距离。
