如图所示：该汽车零件焊接夹具用可移动定位装置，它包括在安装支架1上架设的滑杆2，在滑杆2上滑动连接有滑块3，在滑块3上固定有安装板4，在安装板4上固定有两套或者两套以上的连接块5，在每套连接块5上固定安装有一套固定座6，在每套固定座6安装有定位销7，在支架1上设有滑块3的平移推进机构。滑块3的平移推进机构为在支架1上设置的汽缸8，汽缸8的活塞杆连接在滑块3上。
所述的定位销7呈平行设置，且定位销7的定位端呈错位设置。
本实用新型与焊接机器人是配合使用，并串连在焊接机器人的电脑上，在待机的状态下，当汽缸8接到指令，推动滑块3在滑杆2的约束下，做直线向前运动，使定位销7直接插入定位孔中，焊接完成后，汽缸8反向行程，支架复位，完成一循环动作。

1.一种汽车零件焊接夹具用可移动定位装置，其特征是：它包括在安装支架（1）上架设的滑杆（2），在滑杆（2）上滑动连接有滑块（3），在滑块（3）上固定有安装板（4），在安装板（4）上固定有两套或者两套以上的连接块（5），在每套连接块（5）上固定安装有一套固定座（6），在每套固定座（6）安装有定位销（7），在支架（1）上设有滑块（3）的平移推进机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车零件焊接夹具用可移动定位装置，其特征是：所述的定位销（7）呈平行设置，且定位销（7）的定位端呈错位设置。
