本实用新型涉及货架的机械结构技术领域,具体为一种移动货架的自由滚动车轮的安装结构。
背景技术
现有的移动货架的自由滚动车轮的安装结构见图1,车轮轴1通过键2连接车轮3,车轮轴1两端通过轴承座4固定在台车框架5上,车轮轴1的相对转动发生在轴承座4的着力点位置,该着力点位置即要承受货架的重量,又要承受扭矩,导致车轮轴易损坏、断裂,车轮轴的使用寿命短。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种移动货架的自由滚动车轮的安装结构,其使得车轮轴不易损坏、断裂,确保车轮轴的使用寿命。
一种移动货架的自由滚动车轮的安装结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括车轮、台车框架、车轮轴,所述车轮套装于所述车轮轴,所述车轮轴两端外露于所述台车框架,其特征在于:所述车轮两侧开有凹槽,凹槽环绕所述车轮轴,轴承塞装于所述凹槽内,所述轴承的内圆面贴合所述车轮轴的外圆面,所述轴承的外圆面贴合所述凹槽的外圆面,所述车轮轴贯穿所述台车框架的两侧安装孔。
采用本实用新型的结构后,车轮轴不跟随车轮转动,其只需承受径向的压力,其使得车轮轴不易损坏、断裂,确保车轮轴的使用寿命。

见图2,其包括车轮1、台车框架2、车轮轴3,车轮1套装于车轮轴3,车轮轴3两端外露于台车框架2,车轮1两侧开有凹槽4,凹槽4环绕车轮轴3,轴承5塞装于凹槽4内,轴承5的内圆面贴合车轮轴3的外圆面,轴承5的外圆面贴合凹槽4的外圆面,车轮轴3贯穿台车框架2的两侧安装孔。
