本实用新型涉及一种开关电路,尤其涉及一种手电筒中的开关电路,其包括开关(1)、发光源(11)及电源,其中,该开关(1)包括外壳(2)、插设于外壳(2)内的操作件(3)和设于外壳(2)上的第一、第二接触件(4、5),该第一接触件(4)直接或间接与发光源(11)电连接,发光源(11)与该电源一电极连接,第二接触件(5)与电源另一电极连接,第一、第二接触件(4、5)在发光源(11)需要通电时,通过动作操作件(3)导通连接。本实用新型可以有效减少接触面的数量,同时避免电流经过螺旋弹簧而产生的电感自感应力。

一种手电筒中的开关电路
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种开关电路,尤其涉及一种手电筒中的开关电路。
背景技术
现有技术的开关电路常被装配到可以拧到手电筒壳体上的底盖中,这样在拧下底盖后,就可以装入电池或者蓄电池了。在这种手电筒上连着一个带有螺旋弹簧的接触件,该螺旋弹簧一方面可将电池固定在手电筒内,另一方面与电池的电极相连,从而使电流流过螺旋弹簧。为了在开启状态下形成一个闭合电路,通常将接触件装入底盖,从而使电流经过接触件及其它接触面再经过手电筒外壳传导至发光体。
传统手电筒所使用的开关电路的缺点如下:首先,电流通过多个接触面,在每一个接触面上都会产生相应的接触电阻。此外螺旋弹簧内的电流经过之后会产生一种对抗自身电流的电感自感应力。上述两个原因导致了传入发光源的电压减小,从而明显降低了发光源的灯光强度。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以减少接触面的数量同时避免电流经过螺旋弹簧的手电筒中的开关电路。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种手电筒中的开关电路,包括开关、发光源及电源,该开关包括外壳、插设于外壳内的操作件和设于外壳上的第一、第二接触件,该第一接触件直接或间接与发光源电连接,发光源与该电源一电极连接,该第二接触件与电源另一电极连接,第一、第二接触件在发光源需要通电时,通过动作操作件导通连接。
本实用新型中,电流不再通过螺旋弹簧导入,以免螺旋弹簧相对较高的自 感应率使得功率受损,尤其是本实用新型的开关电路减少了可用于发光源的功率损耗。
该发光源为LED,且该电源为电池或蓄电池。LED作为发光源减少了耗电,从而可省出更多能源用于发光。
该第一接触件通过手电筒壳体与发光源间接电连接。
该第一接触件为能弯曲的片式弹簧,其一端用于与第二接触件导通连接,另一端与手电筒壳体相连。
第一接触件最好是一个能弯曲的片式弹簧,它直接与能导电的手电筒壳体相连接。在这种情况下,发光源虽然仅仅是间接地通过手电筒壳体与第一接触件相连,但是这种开关电路毕竟减少了一个接触面,因为第一接触件除通常要通过底盖传导,底盖和外壳之间的螺纹还作为接触面使用。这种设计的另一个优点在于,第一接触面始终被均匀地压在外壳上。由此可以确保接触更为可靠,而不需要取决于带内置开关的底盖位置。作为另一种方式也可以选择让第一接触面直接与发光源相连,此时底盖和外壳无法相互分离,且至少通过第一接触件始终被连在一起。
该第二接触件为能弯曲的片式弹簧,其一端用于与第一接触件导通连接,另一端与电源相连。按照此实用新型设计,通电时第一接触件直接或间接的与发光源连接,外壳外面的第二接触件被设计为可弯曲的片式弹簧并直接与电源相连。由此可避免接触面过多。尤其是避免了第一接触件和接触弹簧之间的接触。
该操作件能沿外壳轴向运动,其底面设有一导电的接触板,该接触板能同时与两个接触件相连,这样就可以轻松实现按钮的最小接触。
该操作件为在一螺纹弹簧作用下进行轴向运动的按钮或旋钮。
作为替代方式,还可以选择将外壳内的其中一个接触件构造成可弯曲的片式弹簧结构,在松驰状态下这种弹簧结构与另一个接触件相分离,其中两个接触件通过操作件在片式弹簧结构作用下连接。与带一个接触板的那种方式相比,采用这种方法可以再减少一次接触。这两种可选的构造形式都有一个优点,那就是操作件必须是一个可以在螺纹弹簧作用下进行轴式运动的按钮或旋钮。这样操作件就可以在松驰状态下与接触面分离,从而避免无意的开关手电筒。
最后,此实用新型的另一个设计优点在于该操作件上设有一凹槽,这就可以在常态下或者动作状态之间进行灵活调节。由此不仅手电筒的可操作性得以提高,性能也得到增强。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图对本实用新型进行详细的描述。
实施例1
如图1a、1b及1c所示,本实用新型公开了一种手电筒中的开关电路,包括开关1、发光源11及电源,该开关1包括外壳2、插设于外壳2内的操作件3和设于外壳2上的第一、第二接触件4、5,该第一接触件4直接或间接与发光源11电连接,该第二接触件5与电源电连接,第一、第二接触件4、5在发光源11需要通电时,通过动作操作件3导通连接。该开关1装配到按压开关6中,如图1b所示,且该开关1被安装到手电筒壳体7的末端,如图1c所示,该电源安装于手电筒壳体7中。该电源具有正、负两极9、10,该正极9与发光源11连接,该负极10与该第二接触件5连接。该发光源11为LED,且该电源为电池8或蓄电池。该操作件3上设有一凹槽。
该第一接触件4通过手电筒壳体与发光源11间接电连接;该第一接触件4为可弯曲的片式弹簧,其一端用于与第二接触件5导通连接,另一端与手电筒壳体相连;该第二接触件5为可弯曲的片式弹簧,其一端用于与第一接触件4导通连接,另一端与电源相连。
由于开关电路内部只有一个接触点,因此根据图1c,开关电路中仅有5个接触面121、122、123、124、125。
关于根据此实用新型在开关电路中使用开关,图2a、2b中各有一个具体构造示例。操作件3被置于轴向运动的位置上,这样它可以在螺纹弹簧21的作用下与接触件4、5相分离。图2a中的操作件3底面有一个接触板22,在操作件3运行后该接触板就被压在接触件4、5上,从而形成一个封闭的电路。在另一个构造示例中,外壳2中的第二接触件5的导通连接端被设计为片式弹簧结构,这样它就可以通过操作件3与接触件4、5间接接触。作为外壳中的第二接触件5被设计为片式弹簧的构造示例,其操作过程在图3a、3b中加以显示。

Claims (9)

1.一种手电筒中的开关电路,包括开关(1)、发光源(11)及电源,其特征在于:该开关(1)包括外壳(2)、插设于外壳(2)内的操作件(3)和设于外壳(2)上的第一、第二接触件(4、5),该第一接触件(4)直接或间接与发光源(11)电连接,发光源(11)与该电源一电极连接,第二接触件(5)与电源另一电极连接,第一、第二接触件(4、5)在发光源(11)需要通电时,通过动作操作件(3)导通连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开关电路,其特征在于:该发光源(11)为LED,该电源为电池(8)或蓄电池。
3.根据权利要求1所述的开关电路,其特征在于:该第一接触件(4)通过手电筒壳体(7)与发光源(11)间接电连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的开关电路,其特征在于:该第一接触件(4)为能弯曲的片式弹簧,其一端用于与第二接触件(5)导通连接,另一端与手电筒壳体相连。
5.根据权利要求3所述的开关电路,其特征在于:该第二接触件(5)为能弯曲的片式弹簧,其一端用于与第一接触件(4)导通连接,另一端与电源相连。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的开关电路,其特征在于:该操作件(3)能沿外壳(2)轴向运动,其底面设有一导电的接触板(22),该接触板(22)能同时与两个接触件(4、5)相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的开关电路,其特征在于:该操作件(3)为在一螺纹弹簧(21)作用下进行轴向运动的按钮或旋钮。
8.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的开关电路,其特征在于:该第一接触件(4)或第二接触件(5)的导通连接端设有一弯曲弹簧结构,使得两接触件(4、5)在操作件(3)作用下闭合,在操作件(3)松开时分离。
9.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的开关电路,其特征在于:该操作件(3)上设有一凹槽。
