Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种集充电部件与开关部件为一体、以简化结构、具有常开型自复位按钮功能的可充电式手电筒开关充电装置。开关充电座的中间部位内置一个接线片,其上部套装开关总成,下部套装充电总成。开关总成由开关壳顶部的移位棘轮,套合在移位棘轮内的转位棘轮、套合在转位棘轮内的鸡眼、鸡眼内套装的鸡眼弹簧、鸡眼外与移位棘轮底部间套装的支撑弹簧、开关壳底部与开关充电座之间的接线片组成。充电总成由套装在开关充电座内其顶部置于接线片开口且位于鸡眼下端的铜套、与铜套下端开口相通内置于开关充电座内的过电片、过电片下端的插针、套合于插针的插头、插头内孔与插针相触接的插头正极、插头外圆与内置在开关充电座底端部位相触接的负极弹片组成。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可充电手电筒的开关充电装置。
技术背景
目前,常见的可充电式手电筒中,开关与充电插座是两个完全独立的组件,充电插座与开关分别占用不同的空间,充电插座与开关之间用接线片连接。开关工作时,开关鸡眼与开关的输入、输出接线片必须同时接触时才能接通电路。按钮开关由一组棘轮机构1和开关上壳2、鸡眼3、输入接线片4、鸡眼弹簧5、开关下壳6、输出接线片7组成。当按钮处于较低位置时断开电路,处于较高位置时接通电路。在按钮不完全压到位时,就无法点亮灯珠。当开关处于接通位置时,轻轻压一下按钮则可能灯珠熄灭(如图1所示)。其不足之处在于:开关和充电插座要在电筒上分别占用不同的空间位置,需要两个独立的组件,这样造成了零件数量增加、电筒结构复杂。开关按钮高低位置与人的习惯思维不一致,不符合人机工程原理,此开关无常开型自复位按钮功能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种集充电部件与开关部件为一体、以简化结构、具有常开型自复位按钮功能的可充电式手电筒开关充电装置。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
这种涉及可充电式手电筒的开关充电装置,包括:开关总成、充电总成等,其特殊之处在于:开关充电座的中间部位内置一个接线片,其上部套装开关总成,下部套装充电总成。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:
开关总成由开关壳顶部的移位棘轮,套合在移位棘轮内的转位棘轮、套合在转位棘轮内的鸡眼、鸡眼内套装的鸡眼弹簧、鸡眼外与移位棘轮底部间套装的支撑弹簧、开关壳底部与开关充电座之间的接线片组成。
充电总成由套装在开关充电座内其顶部置于接线片开口且位于鸡眼下端的铜套、与铜套下端开口相通内置于开关充电座体内的过电片、过电片下端的插针、套合于插针的插头、插头内孔与插针相触接的插头正极、插头外圆与内置在开关充电座底端部位相触接的负极弹片组成。
铜套、其下部的过电片、内置于铜套及过电片通孔中的插针整合为一个整体作为开关充电座的嵌件注塑而成。
鸡眼弹簧长且倔强系数小;支撑弹簧短且倔强系数大。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:

充电式手电筒开关充电装置的构成如下:
这种涉及可充电式手电筒的开关充电装置,其开关充电座8的中间部位内置一个接线片7,其上部套装开关总成,下部套装充电总成。开关总成由开关壳3顶部的移位棘轮1、套合在移位棘轮1内的转位棘轮2、套合在转位棘轮2内的鸡眼5、鸡眼5内套装的鸡眼弹簧6、鸡眼5外与移位棘轮1底部间套装的支撑弹簧4、开关壳3底部与开关充电座8之间的接线片7组成。充电总成由套装在开关充电座8内其顶部置于接线片7开口且位于鸡眼5下端的铜套9、与铜套9下端开口相通内置于开关充电座体8内的过电片10、过电片10下端的插针11、套合于插针11的插头13、插头13内孔与插针11相触接的插头正极14、插头13外圆与内置在开关充电座8底端部位相触接的负极弹片12组成。铜套9、其下部的过电片10、内置于铜套9及过电片10通孔中的插针11整合为一个整体作为开关充电座8的嵌件注塑而成。鸡眼弹簧6长且倔强系数小;支撑弹簧4短且倔强系数大。
充电时,充电器插头正极14与插针11导通,电流通过插针11、过电片10进入充电电池正极15,从电池负极流出后通过筒身、负极弹片12与充电器负极导通,形成充电回路,对充电电池充电。作为整体的一部分,开关安装在开关充电座8的上方,充电部分的插针11与铜片9、鸡眼弹簧6、鸡眼5导通。转位棘轮2在开关内有高低两固定位置,当转位棘轮2处在较高位置时,支撑弹簧4压缩量较少,鸡眼5在鸡眼弹簧6的作用下,不与接线片7接触,开关处于断开状态(如图2所示)。当压下开关使转位棘轮2超越了最高点后,转位棘轮2处于低位(如图4所示),此时支撑弹簧4处于较大压缩状态,因鸡眼弹簧6的倔强系数K小于支撑弹簧4的倔强系数K,鸡眼5在支撑弹簧4的作用下下移,与接线片7接触并产生压力,使开关导通。当再次压下开关按钮时,开关断开。当压下开关但转位棘轮2没有超越牙形的最高点时,转位棘轮2下移使鸡眼5与接线片7导通,但此时转位棘轮2可复位,松开按钮则开关断开。

1.一种涉及可充电式手电筒的开关充电装置,包括:开关总成、充电总成等,其特征在于:开关充电座的中间部位内置一个接线片,其上部套装开关总成,下部套装充电总成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开关充电装置,其特征在于:开关总成由开关壳顶部的移位棘轮,套合在移位棘轮内的转位棘轮、套合在转位棘轮内的鸡眼、鸡眼内套装的鸡眼弹簧、鸡眼外与移位棘轮底部间套装的支撑弹簧、开关壳底部与开关充电座之间的接线片组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的开关充电装置,其特征在于:充电总成由套装在开关充电座内其顶部置于接线片开口且位于鸡眼下端的铜套、与铜套下端开口相通内置于开关充电座体内的过电片、过电片下端的插针、套合于插针的插头、插头内孔与插针相触接的插头正极、插头外圆与内置在开关充电座底端部位相触接的负极弹片组成。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的开关充电装置,其特征在于:铜套、其下部的过电片、内置于铜套及过电片通孔中的插针整合为一个整体作为开关充电座的嵌件注塑而成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的开关充电装置,其特征在于:鸡眼弹簧长且倔强系数小;支撑弹簧短且倔强系数大。
