背景技术
现有的单列式固态继电器其外壳均为塑料制成,塑料外壳散热性能差,固态继电器工作时电路板上的可控硅温度升高,由于塑料外壳不能将温度及时的发散出去,会影响产品质量,容易造成塑料外壳起泡或破裂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种散热良好的单列式固态继电器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用一种单列式固态继电器,包括外壳和电路部分,电路部分包括线路板和可控硅,可控硅连接在线路板上,外壳一面为散热板,散热板与可控硅紧密贴合。
本实用新型的有益效果是外壳的一面是散热板,可控硅与散热板紧密贴合使固态继电器散热更快,工作状态更加稳定,有效的保证了产品质量。
本实用新型进一步设置为所述散热板和可控硅之间涂有导热硅脂。导热硅脂能使可控硅与散热板直接的导热更快速。
所述散热板为铝板,散热板朝向外壳一边延伸形成安装板,安装板上设置有安装孔。铝板既能保证散热又节约成本,安装板上的安装孔使产品便于安装,还能方便的外配散热器。

如图1-4所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种单列式固态继电器,包括外壳1、线路板2和连接在线路板2上的电子元件3、光耦合器4、可控硅5、插针7,外壳包括铝板12和塑料壳11,铝板12设置在外壳1一面,与塑料壳11一体注塑而成,铝板12一侧延伸出塑料壳11,形成安装板13,安装板13上设置两个安装孔14,线路板2上的可控硅5与铝板12紧密贴合,可控硅5和铝板12之间涂有导热硅脂6,外壳1内的空间灌满高温环氧树脂固化胶。

1.一种单列式固态继电器,包括外壳和电路部分,电路部分包括线路板和可控硅,可控硅连接在线路板上,其特征在于:外壳一面为散热板,散热板与可控硅紧密贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单列式固态继电器,其特征在于:所述散热板和可控硅之间涂有导热硅脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的单列式固态继电器,其特征在于:所述散热板为铝板,散热板朝向外壳一边延伸形成安装板,安装板上设置有安装孔。
