本实用新型涉及一种固态继电器,尤其是一种双列固态继电器。
背景技术
现有的双列固态继电器线路板上连接的可控硅为悬空设置,并不与外壳接触,可控硅和外壳之间会流进环氧树脂固化胶,造成隔热,固态继电器工作时电路板上的可控硅温度升高,隔热影响散热,热量不能及时发散出去,影响产品质量,而且双列固态继电器的外壳为铸铁件,成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种散热性能良好的双列固态继电器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用一种双列固态继电器,包括外壳和电路部分,电路部分包括线路板和可控硅,可控硅连接在线路板上,外壳一面为散热板,散热板与可控硅紧密贴合。
本实用新型的有益效果是外壳的一面是散热板,可控硅与散热板紧密贴合使固态继电器散热更快,工作状态更加稳定,有效的保证了产品质量。
本实用新型进一步设置为所述散热板和可控硅之间涂有导热硅脂。导热硅脂能使可控硅与散热板直接的导热更快速。
所述散热板为铝板,铝板上形成一个灯孔和固定孔,线路板上连接有指示灯,指示灯设置在灯孔内,可控硅上形成一个通孔,有螺钉穿过通孔和固定孔将可控硅紧固在铝板上。铝板既能保证散热又节约成本,指示灯能指示产品的工作状态,螺钉的固定效果更稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种双列固态继电器,包括外壳1、线路板2和连接在线路板2上的电子元件、光耦合器、可控硅3、插针,外壳包括铝板12和塑料壳11,铝板12设置在外壳1顶面,与塑料壳11一体注塑而成,铝板12上形成一个灯孔13和一个螺纹固定孔14,灯孔13内设置有LED指示灯5,LED指示灯5连接在线路板2上,可控硅3上形成一个与螺纹固定孔14适配的通孔,有螺钉6穿过通孔拧进螺纹固定孔14将可控硅3紧固在铝板12上,可控硅3和铝板12之间涂有导热硅脂4,外壳1内的空间灌满高温环氧树脂。

1.一种双列固态继电器,包括外壳和电路部分,电路部分包括线路板和可控硅,可控硅连接在线路板上,其特征在于:外壳一面为散热板,散热板与可控硅紧密贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双列固态继电器,其特征在于:所述散热板和可控硅之间涂有导热硅脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双列固态继电器,其特征在于:所述散热板为铝板,铝板上形成一个灯孔和固定孔,线路板上连接有指示灯,指示灯设置在灯孔内,可控硅上形成一个通孔,有螺钉穿过通孔和固定孔将可控硅紧固在铝板上。
