背景技术
目前的醇基燃料炉与普通柴油炉结构相同,液体燃料从壳体内的输油管直接输到燃料室,然后通过鼓风机加风实现简单的雾化燃烧,其缺点是;鼓风机的风直接吹击液体燃料表面,未燃烧之前已有一部分液体燃料被吹走,雾化效果差,燃烧不充分,部分没有充分燃烧的燃料被风吹到空气中,污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种雾化效果好,燃烧充分的汽化节能炉头。
本实用新型是这样实现的,它包括壳体、进油管、输油管、汽化室和喷嘴,其特征是在壳体内设置有汽化室,汽化室通过输油管与设置在壳体下部的喷嘴相连接,在壳体的外侧壁设置有进油管。
本实用新型具有节能效果好,降低空气污染,燃料燃烧充分,燃烧效率高的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该汽化节能炉头包括壳体1、进油管2、输油管3、汽化室4和喷嘴5,在壳体1内设置有汽化室4,汽化室4通过输油管3与设置在壳体下部的喷嘴5相连接,在壳体1的外侧壁设置有进油管2,其工作过程是液体燃料由进油管2、输油管3进入喷嘴5,燃烧后由喷嘴5喷向壳体1的内壁,随着内壁的加热,汽化室4开始汽化,液体燃料汽化后通过输油管3进入喷嘴5燃烧。
