本实用新型涉及汽车配件相关技术领域,特别是一种风暖型燃油挥发加热器。
背景技术
燃烧室的结构和燃油的雾化方式直接影响到加热器热效率的高低以及尾气排放的好坏等,燃油一般需要经过1.雾化2.蒸发3.与空气混合形成可燃混合气4.着火5.燃烧等五个阶段,该燃烧室采用挥发雾化技术,燃油经过雾化网可直接挥发成气态与助燃空气混合形成可燃混合气体,燃烧稳定燃烧效率达99%以上,该燃烧结构低温启动可靠,合理地进风道设计更进一步提高了燃烧效率,采用优质耐高温不锈钢大大提高了使用寿命,不易产生积碳等。目前国内驻车加热器普遍采用是离心雾化方式,该雾化方式雾化效果差,燃烧效率低,热效率低,低温启动困难,燃烧不稳定,容易产生积碳等。

本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种风暖型燃油挥发加热器,所述加热器包括:入油管、设有入油孔的燃烧室以及与燃烧室嵌套的雾化装置,所述入油管与燃烧室的入油孔连接。
进一步的,所述雾化装置为雾化网。
进一步的,所述加热器还包括燃烧室内隔套和燃烧室护套,所述燃烧室内隔套嵌套入燃烧室护套后,燃烧室护套与雾化装置连接。
本实用新型燃烧效果好稳定可靠不易形成积碳,燃烧效率高具有良好的经济性,该新型燃烧室极大的降低了尾气中有害物质的含量从而达到节能减排绿色环保的要求。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型为一种风暖型燃油挥发加热器,包括:入油管1、设有入油孔的燃烧室2、与燃烧室2嵌套的雾化网3、燃烧室内隔套4和燃烧室护套5,所述入油管1与燃烧室2的入油孔连接,燃烧室内隔套4嵌套入燃烧室护套5后,燃烧室护套5与雾化网3连接。
本实用新型主要用于燃油挥发小型驻车加热器,该加热器通过进气系统使空气做螺旋流动,燃油流经雾化网3遇高温挥发成气态与螺旋流动的空气形成可燃混合气体,可燃混合气体在燃烧室2内高速燃烧,燃烧效果好稳定可靠不易形成积碳,燃烧效率高具有良好的经济性,本实用新型极大的降低了尾气中有害物质的含量从而达到节能减排绿色环保的要求。

1.一种风暖型燃油挥发加热器,其特征在于,所述加热器包括:入油管(1)、设有入油孔的燃烧室(2)以及与燃烧室(2)嵌套的雾化装置,所述入油管(1)与燃烧室(2)的入油孔连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述雾化装置为雾化网(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃烧室,其特征在于,所述加热器还包括燃烧室内隔套(4)和燃烧室护套(5),所述燃烧室内隔套(4)嵌套入燃烧室护套(5)后,燃烧室护套(5)与雾化装置连接。
