- 本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧装置,包括锅炉炉膛、两个立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒、风机和连接管道,两个所述立式粗煤粉气化燃烧筒分别布置在所述的锅炉炉膛两侧,所述立式粗煤粉气化燃烧筒通过所述风机和所述连接管道与所述锅炉炉膛连接相通,所述立式粗煤粉气化燃烧筒的下部通过耐火烟道与所述的锅炉烟道连接相通。所述风机安装在所述连接管道上。两个所述立式粗煤粉气化燃烧筒的上端与风机的一侧相连,所述风机的另一侧与连接管道的一侧相连,连接管道的另一侧与锅炉炉膛连接相通。所述立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒的上壁设有一个切向风口,中部设有外径为立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒内径的1/3、长度为立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒长度3/4的导向筒;所述导向筒由置于所述立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒内的内部和置于所述立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒外侧的外部组成,所述内部的长度为总长度的2/3,外部的长度为总长度的1/3。所述连接管道在靠近所述锅炉炉膛一侧设有一个切向风口;所述导向筒的上端与风机的一侧相连,所述风机的另一侧通过所连接管道与锅炉炉膛的一侧连接相通。所述导向筒的下端部装有喇叭状入口;所述喇叭状入口的上端内径与所述的导向筒内径相同,所述喇叭状入口下端内径是所述导向筒内径的2倍,所述喇叭状入口高度与所述导向筒的内径相同,所述喇叭状入口与所述的导向筒的下端焊接连接。所述立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒的下侧设有进风室,在进风室远离锅炉炉膛一侧侧壁中部设有一个进风口;所述进风室靠近所述锅炉炉膛一侧通过耐火烟道与锅炉炉膛连接相通。所述进风室的上部装有10mm厚的多孔板,多孔板上装有呈正三角形排列的圆柱形风帽,圆柱形风帽的外径8-10mm,高度20-40mm。所述多孔板与所述喇叭状入口下端的距离为所述立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒内径的1/5。所述立式旋风粗煤粉气化燃烧筒上侧设有粗煤粉喷枪,其喷出的粗煤粉颗
